I made the reservation by calling the CarsArrive folks. They were friendly and helpful. They gave me a 3 day window for getting the car picked up and an approximate delivery of 1 week later. They sent and email explaining all kinds of details about the process - what I needed to have, what would been done, what could/could not be in the car, what to expect when it arrived at the destination ... I mention all of that because when we were looking at reviews for some other services there were many complaints about 'surprises'. The pickup occurred in the middle of the three day window. The driver called a little more than an hour before arriving so I could be ready. He was within 5 minutes of the estimated time. The pickup went smoothly, and Andre was very friendly. He was able to pull right up to the house because we live on a street that has good access for large vehicles. The car arrived earlier than anticipated. Again, a call came so that my son could be prepared for the arrival. They met at a convenient place - there street is too small for 'at the door' delivery, but they were only a 2 minute walk away from the pickup point. Car arrived in the same condition it left in (although the exterior was obviously much dirtier after a 1400 mile trip. After the delivery they called to very that everything went well. I purchased a 7 series BMW. It was supposed to be picked up from the dealership on a Monday. It wasn't. It was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday. Still not here. They don't answer the dealership. I tried calling. I have no tracking Information (it's 2026). I have zero updates. I have no idea if they ever plan on delivering my vehicle or not. They clearly do not care about other people or their time or schedules. If there is so much as a scratch on the vehicle from this company, I can guarantee that I will personally file a lawsuit against them as it appears they also do not give a damn about damaging cars they deliver based on reviews. It isn't hard to keep your word and manage expecrations. I guess it is easier to just do nothing. read more

I'm now ending Day 5 of my " Pick Up Window " and that doesn't include the two Weekend days.... In other words, I paid over a week ago to transport a vehicle from Arizona to California, just a little over 500 miles, and no one can tell me when I can even expect my vehicle to get picked up let alone for it to be delivered to me. They pitch your vehicle will be picked up in 3 days, don't believe it....when I pointed out we are way beyond the 3 day Window " their pitch" changes to an estimated window! First I give this company a -10 for everything. Would not let me so I had to pick one star. From start to finish. HORRIBLE!!! From customer service to management to return calls anything. There isn't one thing about this company I'd say is good. It took over 3 weeks for our car to arrive from Tucson to Mary Esther, Florida. My car sat in Tucson for over 2 weeks until it even got picked up. That's already breaking their 14 guarantee delivery window. We've called so many times and was informed they would call us back so many times and not one call back. We did receive a call informing our car would be delivered no later than Monday April 5th, 2021. Then on Tuesday, April 6th I called and was informed - with a lot of unknowing where my car was - that it was still sitting in Tucson. No one in the office seemed to know anything and kept getting the "well they're a new employee" Not my problem. They should have employees that know what they're saying to a customer and not just feeding them bull. Unreal!! We paid extra for a home pick up that never happened we had to drop it off and paid another additional money for something that I don't even remember what. We asked for the monies back we were charged for pick up that never happened and a % for the late delivery. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Bad customer service. Vehicle Damage! I also filed a Better Business Bureau Report. Apparently, this company doesn't care. Spend a few bucks more and use someone else! If you don't mind incurring body damage, you can get a cheaper deal on transporting your car across country. I shipped my car from CA to CO in the beginning of July. In that time, communication was poor, I never knew where my car was or when it would arrive. Three weeks later, and several different Uber rides later, both the Receiving Company and I noted 2 areas of body damage. There was a white scratch on the front bumper down to the primer. My rear bumper was off the clip track and still appears like it had been banged up and isn't sitting right. Upon pickup of my vehicle, I called Cars Arrive. They asked I submit picture and an estimate. I immediately emailed the documents to Cars Arrive. I didn't hear back for a long time. When I called next, they said I needed to complete a form write-up, which I did and returned immediately. When I didn't hear back, I faxed this paper to them again in December and they said too much time had passed and denied my claim. WTH!? I'd like to note that this company had a different Yelp page and now note I am leaving a new review as the sole reviewer. There were others before me but they somehow disappeared. I started the conversation with the DAS (car arrive) representative stating we were already working with someone and they couldn't find a driver. Under that pretense Brent told us no problem we have drivers. I explained the urgency to get the car on the road. He had us pay hundreds more upfront and drive the vehicle 2 hours away to the dispatch location in order to expidite the process. At trh arrival location there wasn't any paperwork and they had no idea I was coming. After 2 days of the vehicle sitting he stated he actually couldn't find a driver and he be happy to refund our money. Now the vehicle is 2 hours away 2 days later with no driver in site. To add to the pain. They are charging us for having the vehicle at the dispatch location. Should be called cars never arrive. read more

Car delivery companies are not normally known for service but CarsArrive is an exception. The only thing stopping me from rating them 5 star was a week delay in pickup but 4 stars was justified by reasonable pricing, early delivery and a very conscientious driver. I will use them again. read more

The worst company on this planet Got my truck after 16 days and on top of that they dropped my truck when they were unloading it. My truck is 1995 truck, the damage they caused was over $6,000. After the worst runaround they issued me a check for $2,725 and a totalled car and I was left with a damaged truck and they would not refund the transportation cost. The customer service is horrible. First they will tell you that they ship over 13,000 cars per day and are very nice and prompt but once you pay you'll get nothing but the runaround and be on hold for hours. Do NOT use this company. Your better off just leaving your car behind atleast you'll have a car. I'd give -5 if I could read more

Beware of the thiefs in CarsArrive transportation service. I shipped my car from CT to PA, its a 4 hour transfer, so it was delivered to my friend. The driver who picked up the car did not ask to remove carseat and emergency stuff from the car and when I received everything was stolen. I never imagined anyone will steal cheap stuff from cars such as My daughters car seat - Charger cable - GPS mount - Iphone charger - Iphone display adaptor - Tire Pressure Gauge & kit - Coin Stacks kept for toll - USB adaptor for lighter - Hand Gloves - Torch light - Even the First Aid Kit bag was taken The customer agents kept me calling for two weeks to tell that they wont reimburse. read more

HORRIBLE!! I can not say enough bad about this company. They give me what I thought was a good bid to transport my car so I chose them over their competition. They tell me on the phone they will take a holding deposit, but later I found out they drafted the entire shipping cost immediately from my account. After 3 weeks of catching them multiple times in lies as to why my car wasn't here yet, they finally just make up some lame ass excuse that "the vehicle is inoperable" so they can't deliver it. That is a total lie. I have an inspection report just prior to taking the car to their lot for delivery that states the car runs and drives just fine. If the car is now inoperable it happened on their lot. They have refused to work with me in a reasonable way so I have been forced to sue them to get my money back. read more

After so many lies (broken down delivery truck was a good one) we found out our car has never left the lot we dropped it off at. This company is a fraud! They deserve a zero star! Do not waste your money on them! They are quick to take your money but do not provide the service you paid for. They are incredibly hard to communicate with after you book your car reservation. Fail to compensate for any inconvenience or issues. They don't care about the customer at all. I paid for the service where they drop off my vehicle directly at my residence. First, my car was not delivered with the time frame they gave me. Unreliable. The process is I delivered my car to one of their partners/third party vendor (liability to damages on a vehicle at a partner location is separate from carsarrive, very sneaky). Second their third party vendor who delivers the vehicle called to tell me my residence was inaccessible and I had to meet him somewhere. There was no documentation on the agreement stating I had to meet their partners to retrieve my vehicle under any circumstances. False advertisement. Third he drove my vehicle to my residence after I was on the phone with carsarrive for 2 hours without any solutions. I couldn't drive to location because I didn't have access to a functioning vehicle. Carsarrive kept giving me the runaround and did not try to satisfy my needs and the service I paid for in any way. Third party vendor/carsarrive partner finally drove my car to destination but i had to drive him back. He as well did not get any feedback on what he should do because carsarrive did not call him back ( he satisfied the customer need not carsarrive by driving my car which was not in agreement as well). I called and asked for a refund at operations department and Tracy some sort of supervisor or wtvr she is, was speaking to me condescending and refused any type of compensation. Tracy even said they transport thousands of vehicles and can't keep up with everyone. She said their partner should never had drove my car to me. Tracy was the worst representative any company could ever employ. This company is fraud! Do yourself a favor and drive your own car to your destination if you can. They do not care about their customers. The most horrible customer service I ever had! I hope they go out of business by their competitors because they are not a honest business and they definitely are just a money hungry corporation with employees that need to be directed to business etiquette courses. read more

Would not recommend and will never use again. My vehicle was not picked up at origin within the 2 day window provided and there was no proactive communication. My vehicle was picked up before I had to leave town and it sat at origin for several days before they could find a driver to take it across country. Again no communication about the delay and when it was going to be picked up to go cross country. The biggest issue I had was the inside of my vehicle was damaged between when it was picked up and dropped off and they took no responsibility for it. They said they don't inspect the inside of the vehicles but they asked for me to get a quote for the repairs and submit a claim and then denied it which was a waste of time since they likely knew it would be denied from the beginning. Don't use this company. I moved cross country a few years ago and had a great experience with a different car shipper and will be using them in the future. read more
