The MOCSE system stopped my transaction and I lost these choice seats while dealing with their verification system. If their programmers were so smart, why didn't they detect that these are about the 11th and 12th such buys we have made in the past 12 months? I ended up booking two less desirable seats due to MOCSE's low bandwidth system. But wait, there's more...Shortly after jumping through all of their hoops and calling and speaking to a staff member, i tried to purchase three tickets to a place we are visiting in Scotland in July ($84), and the system wouldn't allow it. Even their staffer helping, me clearing cache, restarting the computer, you name it nothing worked. The vendor's system indicated it was a bank not approving the sale (yes I have no balance and an good credit rating). Neither the CC or the DC would work for either the MOCSE employee or I. To be extra fair, she tried to help as best she could but to no avail. She asked me to call another person, who so far has not returned my call. (I have already spent almost an hour on the phone dealing with this.) But wait, there's more. A few years ago, their system MISSED a fraudulent charge I caught and had to bring to their attention. Hampering my transactions has caused me inconvenience several times before, this is the worst so far. It is time to reduce my banking institutions to my other two.
