Carrolls tire on Rosedale Hwy, I have been buying all my family's tires here for over 25 years. The other day I was in to get balanced and rotated which I paid for at the time of the purchased approximately 1600.00. When the big weightlifter guy had an attitude and said he hates working for free, I assured him I PAID for this service when I bought the tires. Now it's time to buy a new set for my other truck and I not so sure I will be doing business with Carrolls any longer. The big guy needs some coaching, or he will continue to chase customers off!!!! read more

You want a great tire store to go to to get your car fixed or truck or whatever go to Carol's tires on Rosedale best service ever

A neighbor recommended this place to me and I am so grateful. I had just spent a small fortune on a new windshield and as you all know, they are always costly visits at the dealership. So, same week, I had a screw in my pricy run flat tires. Wanted to steer clear of the dealership. I went in one weekday, of course they were busy and told me to return at 4pm, same day and they would help me out. And they did. Service was fine, Leo my technician was a quiet, seemingly nice guy and not too long later, I was out of there only $20 poorer. Great deal. 2 things but nothing to dock stars over... I would have liked the see the screw for some reason as you cannot exactly see what they are doing with your car in their car bays. Don't ask me why I wanted to see it but needed to see the cause of my mini aggravation, I guess! Also, it was sweltering hot and I had no idea there was a little seating area at the back to relax in. The shop has A/C but at first glance, all encased by tires, you see bathrooms but not the waiting area. I would go back if I had to and also would recommend this no nonsense, no frills tire place! That said, the place was very clean. read more

Lorenzo and Francisco took care of me. I really appreciated them repairing a flat tire yesterday. I dropped it off and it was done quickly and professionally. you will always get my business. read more

Went in for squeaky brakes and was told I had only 15% left on them. They said I needed new brakes and rotors and was quoted $235 for the repair. I took my truck to another mechanic and was told my brakes were good for another 100k miles! read more

Outstanding auto repair shop. They're always honest and up front, and will often recommend less expensive options than ones I've anticipated. Prices are always reasonable. Service is fast with great communication. This is the only place in Bakersfield I go for tires. read more

The tires were fine but try to get in to get them rotated and you need to wait forever. Unfriendly & poor customer service. I rarely leave negative reviews but there are much better choices: Discount Tire, Big O & America's Tire will treat you with respect. read more

would give zero if could, sold me tires that went bald in 13,000 miles. caused me slid and hit the side of the mountain. came back and they wanted to charge me for all new tires, after 5 months on the ones they sold me for 915 dollars. they finally decided to replace 2 and went flat the same day. we went in to have them check it 2 days later, that said it was a cracked rim although they didn't tell us that till it went flat. they told us to get our tire and get out of their store. unbelievabl, put your trust into a company and they treat you like dirt. would not recommend to anyone, even my enemies. worst place ever! will be contacting an attorney. Not worth a moment of your time. Does not take care of their warranty and will cus you out and tell you to leave because you call them on their shit. read more

Carroll's Tire Warehouse - Flat next morning - Tires Near Me - Bakersfield, California

Dropped in here after seeing a check in deal for an oil change. Still not the best deal in town but a pretty good deal with the check in savings. I also had a headlight burned out and happened to have a spare. O asked if they could replace the bulb after the oil change. They changed the bulb at no extra charge. Friendly enough staff. read more

Awesome service, honest. They are very helpful. Quick service. Good selection. Waiting area or you can drop off and come back.

This place came highly recommended. I didn't want to go to the dealer (dodge) because their service is terrible. The man at the counter was very nice. I was in and out fairly quick. Fast forward to 40% life on my oil. Oil is leaking! I took it to the dealer (Jeep), had an oil change, they said the oil filter was loose!! I'll stick with the dealer. I always go go the dealer and the one time I don't reminds me why I always go to the dealer. I have a Jeep and always take it to Jeep, never any issues. I also have a dodge and haven't had it a year, I didn't want to go to dodge because their service sucks. I found out I could take it to Jeep. I'll stick with Jeep! read more

Used Carroll's for decades. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are competitive and they get you in and out without unnecessary costs asap. read more

My husband took his truck here. When we went to pick it up we noticed a huge dent on the front bumper. Of course when we asked to see the camera footage they said the cameras didn't work. Since we couldn't prove the dent happened there they only paid for half of the damages we are left paying for the repairs out of pocket. I do want to note Lorenzo at the front desk was helpful and easy to work with. It wasn't his fault, it was a corporate decision. read more

Very Courteous very helpful and willing to take on challenges of your vehicle no need to make an appointment they got me right in four wheel alignment when everybody else I talk to you I need to make an appointment or wait 6 to 7 hours so this would be the place to go if you need any service needs done read more

I sent here by Costco they recommended Carroll's to replace my lug nut stud that was Striped. Went in they said they needed at least 1 1/2 hour to do job to please bring it back. Also no appointments it's first come. By the way I live in Shafter so it's a drive. So headed back in and showed up at 11ish was told they couldn't accommodate me. He tried to tell me that we were told to be there 1st thing in the morning. That was not what he said. He said "the job needed at least 1 1/2 hour". Was not very nice I even said I could leave it and pick it up later that evening. Was shot down. The store does not have very good customer service was so disappointed and with gas prices these days I can't believe that they were not very accommodating. will not do any business with this store again. Went to Lee Schwab's was very accommodating very nice got me right in said they would call me when everything was done. The service man even walked out to my car before I even walked into the office. very pleased with my customer service. Now guess who will be getting my business from now on. read more

First of all I don't live in Bakersfield and needed my car repaired had no idea where to go so called a few places and the last place I talked to had no empty time slots for the day and I asked could they recommend another place and they told me about this place. The man I talked to on the phone was really nice and I went in. Fixed the problem and alerted me to another problem. Long story short my car is fixed and good as new. This place is great highly recommend them and I feel was charged a reasonable price. read more

I called during lunch time to get an oil change and tire rotation and a brake inspection. From the 1st initial phone call I was greeted by Lorenzo who was so friendly and answered all my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Carroll's Tire!!!!!! After today I will only be bringing my car here! read more

Best tire shop in northwest bakersfield!! Every time I call these guys they go above and beyond to help out. Absolute without a doubt the best prices, least wait times, and best customer service. No one wants to wait around for help when there's hundreds of other tire stores in bakersfield. Here at Carrols they meet you in the parking lot pretty much. Great place and I'll keep coming back for my tire needs. This most recent time coming in I was expecting one set of tires and it turned out they were already ordered. They gave me better tires that were worth more for the same price. Honest people. read more

I have been frequenting Carrolls Tires for several years now after getting a recommendation from a friend who's been buying his tires there, and recommending it to family and friends, for much longer. I dealt with the former manager, Lorenzo, and he always took good care of me - always sold me a quality product at a good price, with never an upsell attempt. Recently, after an inopportune flat (4:30 am just North of the Grapevine) I had another opportunity to return. Lorenzo is gone (alas) but his replacement was fabulous. He got me a great deal and had the new tires on the car, associated services performed, and had me out of there in less than half the time he quoted (WELL under an hour). I will continue to recommend this establishment to friends, family, and fellow Yelpers! read more

Was in at 1:40pm and home by 3:15 which I felt was good timing considering they changed all four tires and did an alignment. I do wish the waiting areas was a bit cleaner but it's a tire shop I shouldn't expect much from their waiting areas. The waiting area has about 8 chairs, a soda machine, candy machines and a TV with satellite cable. They leave the control in the seating area for the customers to change the channels, which can either be good or bad. While I was waiting a lady was very into a ghost whisperer type show which no one else had interest in. Once she left another customer just changed it to the news... Fox news?!? Thankfully I had my phone to entertain me. I suggest calling this place and asking for Mike. Definitely worth comparing their prices and tire selection to other shops in town. The prices are beyond reasonable which is why I decided to go with this place. They had the lowest prices for the tires I wanted for my Mercedes. Left a satisfied customer. :) read more

We went to the Rosedale Hwy location. They are very courteous and accurate with their projections of time needed to serve (that same day, in our case). They repaired a damaged tire, and didn't try to sell us 4 new ones. They did recommend rotor repair, which didn't seem outlandish for that auto. I'm pleased with the service. read more

I've purchased two sets of Michelin high performance tires from Carroll's - the last set was purchased nine months ago. Recently, I damaged a side-wall on a front tire, requiring Michelin to evaluate the tires for a warranty adjustment on the replacement tires (I had to replace both front tires). I discovered that Carroll's is no longer a Michelin authorized outlet - given the cost of these tires, lack of support is a big deal. Fortunately, I opened a case with Michelin on their website and America's Tire Co. (Clovis) was able to apply the adjustment. A lesson learned: low profile tires are prone to sidewall impact damage - I hit a freeway sinkhole at 70mph. Road hazard insurance is a worthwhile investment. But be careful, read the contract to make certain that the coverage includes complete replacement or substantial pro-rating. read more

Rosedale location in Bakersfield: Customer service is great until you have a question no matter how straight forward, simple, and polite you are. You will be rushed to make a decision with out any given details to make an informed decision. The impatience (I'm talking about seconds after "discussing" a matter)of the front desk staff is merely a joke and one member in particular will unnecessarily talk back to you (which happened on my last visit). I used to come here for very basic car services as the prices were pretty good. They lost me as a customer recently thanks to one of the servicemen back (talking who I mentioned in an official complaint to corporate) and their incompetence in not being able to complete the work needed. Big Brand was able to simply fix the issue with out any problems, great customer service, and way under the estimated time needed (they were very busy too). * I have approx 20 years of customer service/relations experience and have never treated anyone as badly as I was treated here. Please note I never write bad reviews, but this was necessary! *Customer service and technical/mechanical training is a must here. read more
