After I obtained the window, I let him know and set up an install time (between 1 & 4 PM) the following week. Later, I sent him my VIN # and asked for a copy of the work order. He did not provide a copy of the work order. Instead, he shows up and has the window installed in my driveway without letting me know that he arrived. When I asked him how much I owed, he said $200 plus tax. I then reminded him that he quoted $100 to $150, and he basically told me "whatever". I had bids from other installers, but I decided to use him because he installed another window for me in another vehicle which went as planned. I probably won't use him again, nor will I recommend his company because, while his work appears to be fine, his respect for his customers and his ethical standards appear to be questionable, at best.

I was like whatever that was my fault for even posting a price and him running with it so I left it as that I left my car there Thursday morning and he had called me Thursday night saying that he was going to need to have the car overnight cause he needed to wash and dry and that was taking a little longer than expected so I said OK and then the next day I didn't hear from him until closing time and he said that he needed to keep my car again due to re-cleaning and re-drying to get the smell out I said OK and he said that it's going to cost $200 more so even $500 for his services so now it is Sunday. He calls me and says my car will be ready at 3 PM to come and pick up. I said OK I got there and my car was running on high heat inside with no seat inside. I look over and I see this guy inside his shop watching football laying back in a recliner drinking a beer with my seat next to a portable heater I walked up to him. I startled him. I asked him what was going on. He said the seat was still a little bit wet so I said OK well, I checked the seat. He thinks it's dry. Puts it back in. I look at the seat I started to put my hand in the creases and it is soaking wet absolutely wet. I said look you have two hours to get the seat dry and I'll be back in two hours. He said OK so I come back mind you my car is running and when I look inside my car I noticed the gas tank being half a tank when I gave it to him. It was a full tank so he's been running my car for this long, running the gas on high heat to dry out the inside of my Car. I look at my seat and I noticed that there is so much damage not only being soaking wet inside the foam, but there is rips, tears holes missing pieces on the bottom gear shifter has a hole in it. My break lover has a hole in it. My black trim around my car door driver side has rip in it from him, taking the seat out or putting it back in whichever, but there's a big old tear in it. There was white splash of speckle all inside my car so the first day he got it he actually pressure washed my seat inside my vehicle and got white stuff everywhere. I was super upset my seat is stuck in the back position. It won't go forward or back. The lover is broke. The metal is bent so I have to put pillows behind me to reach my pedals since it being stick shift, I told him that I am not giving him 500. I'm giving him 300 because this is just absolutely unprofessional job and he absolutely ruined my seat to where I have to get a new one because of the wetness inside the foam started to mold and the conversation inside my car was getting really bad to where I had to buy mothballs to collect the moisture mind you he did not notice that I had cameras rolling inside my car on my rearview mirror and the things that I have seen that has been recorded is absolutely the most horrible viewing I have ever seen. I love my car I take really good care of my car and when I was watching the video from him having my car on Saturday at 6:30 in the morning, my window was down. My car wasn't in the shop. It was out in the alley. It was pouring down rain so it had been out all night with the window down and at 6:30 there was a cat. A big cat jumped in my car jumped in the back seat jumped in the front seat, sat on my middle console and started grooming himself, and then decided to jump out of my car through the fucking driver window.at this point I AM FUCKEN PISSED TO NO EXTENDED I STARTED GOING THROUGH MY OPTIONS IN MY HEAD ABOUT TAKING THIS GUY TO COURT AND SUING HIM FOR THE DAMAGE THAT HE HAS CAUSED TO MY SEAT TO MY UPHOLSTERY AND THE MONEY THAT IS COSTING ME TO GET EVERYTHING FIXED. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO COME OUT OF POCKET FOR NONE OF THIS!!! this guy is not professional at all so I'm thinking about taking him to court or going down there and showing him what I have him on camera with the whole window down, parked in the alley. My car could've been stolen cat, jumping in the fucking window and telling him to give me my 300 bucks back or I'm suing his ass and I got pictures to prove it.

I had previously had some work done through insurance at another shop and wanted to add fixing the rust spot, but that shop refused the work and said they didn't want to deal with rust. When I first contacted Raley's, they said that they were booked six months out. But then he asked a few more questions and determined that the work I needed done would be a quick job for him to complete. We set a time for an estimate which was in the evening so I did not have to take time off from work. This is a small business and is located at the owner's property between Sumner and Orting. I was happy to give my business to a locally owned small business. The wife and husband operate the business together. Heather was very good at communicating with me and scheduling was flexible. They allowed me to drop my truck off in the evening on a Sunday so again, I did not have to take time off from work. I really appreciate that flexibility. The estimate was very good and he was also able to install a bumper that my husband bought and wasn't able to install. I was extremely happy with the price and the quality of work. The entire process was stress free and I was so happy to get this problem taken care of. I highly recommend Raley's for quality of work, the price, the communication, the flexibility and the fact that supporting their business is supporting a local family business. I will definitely use this shop in the future if I need auto body work done.

For a dealer job with OEM parts, this costs around $4500 for the front pair. After doing tons of research, I decided to utilize a quality aftermarket kit. However, when I talked to the dealer, they tried to steer me away from this, and while they said they could do it with aftermarket parts, they seemed very unsure and cited issues with prior customers going this route. Another local shop told me they wouldn't be comfortable replacing just the rotors (they wanted me to bring a factory rotor/hat assembly which is honestly unnecessary if old hats are in good shape). I did not feel very confident with both shops. I reached out to Matsenko on yelp by chance and their tech, William, responded within a couple of hours and knew exactly what I was trying to do. I was honestly surprised at how knowledgeable he was with my specific brake job and decided to give them a shot. They got me in quick, and everything was done by end of next day. The brake job is excellent, there is no noise or judder, and braking action is very smooth. In addition, they did an hvac cleaning for me (i had some contamination in my evaporator core) which another shop tried, and failed, and charged me $500 for the whole ordeal. All of this was done well at a fraction of the cost at Matsenko, and I saved thousands. I am very pleased with everything, and the amount of attention to communication I received is something I rarely see these days. Everyone was also very nice and personable, from the shop owner, to the tech and to reception which is also less common these days. I drove all the way from Olympia to have this done, and when my rear brakes need a swap, I know who I'll be calling Thank you for the wonderful service everyone!
