Our consultant was Djannea. She was awesome! We had been to two other shops before Carrie's. Didn't feel the love like we did here. Djannea went out of her way to show us style options for the dresses my daughter tried on. She explained how and why the dresses could be altered/customized in different ways. She was incredibly patient and enthusiastic, and this was at the end of the day! I can't say enough good things about our sales consultant, or about Carrie's selection, knowledge, and pricing I highly recommend Carrie's and Djannea, specifically. I felt like she was part of our family. She is extremely talented and put together a look that is totally right for my daughter. I didn't end up buying my dress here, but it is wonderful shop that is absolutely worth checking out! All of the dresses designed by them and are purchased off the rack. They have beautiful silhouettes and I loved the buttons all the way down the train of the ones I tried on! I thought the prices were very reasonable, too. Also, an adorable seating area. I had a fantastic experience at a Warehouse Sale on 7/16/16. Even though my dress was not one of the dresses on their sale list, it is absolutely beautiful and I love it! They have a wide variety of sizes and I was at first apprehensive because I am plus size and it's hard to find dresses that look pretty and fit in all the right places. Carrie's had plenty of plus size dresses all in different price ranges and different styles. Even though this was a special event and we were only allotted to be there for a one hour time frame, there were many consultants there to help me try on dresses and to clip the dresses in all the right places. I arrived at this shop for my appointment 1/28/19, expecting to be disappointed because it is very difficult finding a plus size wedding gown. I had been to may shops and was immediately disappointed with the quality and fit of other gowns. HOWEVER, Carrie's Bridal Collection changed all of that negativity and transformed my gown search into a positive experience. I had a great experience finding my dress at Carrie's! I was looking for a low-key fitting, and my stylist was very helpful. She did a great job of helping me find a dress and veil while making it a fun and stress-free process! I didn't feel pressured at all and left with a beautiful dress that was much less expensive than other boutiques. SO SPECIAL!! about a month ago I went with my best friend to look at dresses at Carries. This was her first time trying on dresses and we'd heard about Carries from her sister-in-law. We had such an incredible experience!! Everyone was so dedicated to help us. They were incredibly knowledgeable about their dress collection and really listened to us. They were enthusiastic and encouraging. We found the most unique and beautiful dress that day!! It was very reasonably priced, especially for the quality of the dress. The next weekend, I encouraged another friend to go to Carries. We had been to a few other bridal places that day and none were up to the standard that Carries bridal set! When we walked into Carries we were treated with such care and given so much intentional time!! The stylists are just on another level here. She was also able to find her dream dress at such a reasonable price!! Then this past weekend my cousin started wedding dress shopping and I encouraged her to check out Carries. So, she drove from Asheville, NC. Again we went to a few other places but nothing lived up to what I had seen at Carries. The first dress she put on here was the one. All in all, that's three beautiful and unique dresses (all for such a good deal)!! Carries is hands down the place to go. Everyone is so kind, encouraging and personal. If you're even REMOTELY on the fence about going here--don't be. I LOVED my experience at Carrie's. I left with my dress, veil, shoes AND veil with zero regrets--everything is BEAUTIFUL and so well made. I was so lucky that this was the first place I went to try on dresses. My mom was worried that nothing in the store would be within my $1,000 budget...but we were reassured that EVERYTHING in the store was under that! Darla was a phenomenal bridal consultant and turned what I feared would be a stressful experience into something I'll remember for life. Since I got my dress in November 2016, I've referred two other brides-to-be to Carrie's. No surprise--they BOTH left with the dress of their dreams without breaking their budgets! The people were nice but the selection was small. Not a lot to choose from here. They are a small boutique though so if you go in knowing that then you won't be disappointed! That being said, they did have some nice dresses and the prices are good! I didn't end up finding the dress here but it wasn't a terrible experience. They were running behind though so even though we showed up a little early they ended up not taking us back until about 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. read more

I'm visiting the city to go dress shopping with my sister for her wedding. We have been to several boutiques and seen soooo many dresses from all different price points. The ladies at Carries were so incredibly kind and helpful and understood exactly what she was (and was not) looking for. We all had a great time with Ebony and her colleague. They were fantastic. The dresses were all under $1000 and you would absolutely never be able to tell that. There were gowns that literally took your breath away. Cannot recommend enough. I initially went to David's Bridal to find my wedding dress. I know! Typical bridal shop. Lol. I found a dress that I loved, but it was out of my budget along with not being the RIGHT dress to go along with the venue. I googled some bridal boutiques in my area and Carrie's Bridal Collection popped up immediately. I was a little hesitant about this place because it was a boutique and I was thinking that their prices would be extremely high. To my surprise! ALL of the dresses are under $1,000! That's not a lie! ALL of them are under $1,000! I immediately booked an appointment. The staff was wonderful and very very very helpful! I told them the style and my budget & we got right to looking. The 1st dress I tried on was THE 1! I know I know! You never want to go with the first one, but it was PERFECT!! I tried on other dresses, but nothing compared to the first one! The feeling I felt when I put on that dress was equivalent to the brides on Say Yes to the Dress show on TLC. Lol! I absolutely love my dress & can't wait for my fiancé's eyes to just pop when he sees me! LADIES! Go to Carrie's Bridal Collection! I left with my dream dress!!! read more

This place is exactly what I think of for a bridal shop!! It's gorgeous inside! You feel like a princess when you walk in and I think they only have 2 bride appts at a time so it's very intimate and you get lots of attention. All the dresses are off the rack and super super affordable! They do have a strict 4 guest policy which was a bummer. I had to un-invite a person I had already invited. They don't have a ton of inventory but the selection they have is solid. I would buy a dress from here! read more

She picked out several dresses that fit my body type well and gave helpful tips about each dress. She was patient with me and my family but also kept us on on track. After not having a pleasant experience at a bigger chain, I went into Carrie's and was overwhelmed with the selections as well as the customer service that I received. Carrie's Bridal experience was AMAZING!!! I have been to several bridal shops and my experience here doesn't even compare to any of the others. I worked directly with Djenne and from the moment we came in and were greeted to the moment we got into the vehicle with my dress I cannot even say enough amazing things about her. The experience she provided was exceptional. I didn't feel rushed, she was super patient, and extremely helpful when searching for the dress. My mother was out of town and unable to be there, but of course I had to get her approval, and her patience while we facetimed her and waited for her to answer was so greatly appreciated. She was genuinely happy to be there and happy to help which made all of the difference. We picked out at least 8 dresses for me to try on, and she helped me every step of the way. She even dolled me up with a few different head pieces for me to see and I didn't even have to ask! If anyone goes to Carrie's, even if they don't have what you are looking for I highly recommend working with Djenne. I felt super comfortable with her and my aunt and MOH really enjoyed the experience she provided for us. I cannot possibly begin to describe how wonderful my experience at Carrie's was. I had been to the Carrie's in Macon and had really loved a dress. I loved it so much I wanted to see if there was anything similar to it at the Atlanta location. I tried on a few more dresses that we're all in the direction I was hoping to go trying to beat out the one from before. I saved my favorite for last and it was that cliché magical moment that I honestly did not think I would have. I was able to take the dress home that day in my size with a list of seamstresses back in Macon that their other store would suggest since they were closer. It was so nice to just go ahead and have it and not have to worry about it taking months to ship and then arriving looking different that what you remember. The best is knowing that I won't have to worry about a hundred other people wearing the same dress since they only make so many. It was an incredibly attentive appointment. They let me change without them standing in the room which would have made me uncomfortable. They genuinely cared if I was unhappy or stressed. They were not at all pushy whatsoever. I will suggest this place to every bride I meet from here on out! read more

Went to Carrie's last week to help my daughter find her wedding dress and had such a wonderful experience. Courtney helped us find a number of dresses that fit what my daughter was looking for. They had a wonderful selection and Courtney made it clear that anything could be altered or adjusted to fit what my daughter liked. We didn't find the dress unfortunately but we will be back for their selection of veils and sashes and jewelry. read more

This charming bridal shop in old Chamblee seemed like just the ticket when I visited to find a dress for my wedding. Very neat, clean, nice try on area and the consultants (Chae and Cristin) were very helpful. I was looking for something unusual and they found a wonderful high/low dress with a feathered train that seemed just right, but I wasn't sure about the price--it was $200 over my budget, but I left thinking I would consider it. Later that day, I went back and told them I really liked it and wanted to put a hold on it. At that point, they said it would require a $100 deposit and the alterations would cost "less than $200", in other words, this was now going to be $400 over budget. So I was going to look around to see if I could find someone to do the alterations cheaper. I left the $100 deposit begrudgingly to hold the dress for 48 hours. I thought the amount was a bit steep but paid it. The following morning, the clutch in my car broke and required a $350 repair. So I called the shop immediately to ask if I could possibly get my deposit back as it had been less than 24 hours since I wrote the check and they said "NO, no exceptions. You can't have the money back, you can't apply it to other things in the shop and that's that. Had this been a more savvy business with a more modern attitude toward keeping customers, they would have realized that by keeping the $100 in these circumstances they essentially broke a relationship with a customer who could have bought accessories, shoes, etc. from them. Apparently they're just not that far-sighted. read more

Audra!!!!!! where do I start, I have to say she is beyond amazing. I went there a little scared due to the fact it was my first time ever trying on any type of wedding dress. I was a little down because my mother wasn't able to join (due to she lives in a different state) Audra made me feel so much better, she help me select so many different dresses that I would have never thought about trying on because I'm a little on the plus size. She was very helpful and very honest. What amazed me was the dress I feel in love with I thought she was going to tell the dress was $5,000 but when she told me what the prize was I was like no way. I've come to terms that the most beautiful dress is not always expensive and sometimes the most expensive dress is not always beautiful (if that makes ant sense). We went to Carrie's looking for a dress for my Mom. She is just having a small, intimate wedding with family and thought Carrie's would be a great option to find a simple, elegant dress off the rack. Immediately upon entering the store the girl (I think she said her name was Christine) seemed to have an attitude. My Mom had called on Tuesday and was assured that they had a large selection of dresses and had a large selection of bolero jackets since she really wanted sleeves. My Mom described what she wanted and a few dresses were pulled and placed in a dressing room. We were left to find the dressing room by ourselves while the sales girl went back to the front. My mom went into the dressing room and after a few minutes of the sales girl not returning I went to help my Mom zip up the first dress when the girl returned and told me only one person was allowed in the room at a time very rudely. Well maybe had she been around I would not have had to offer my Mom help in zipping the dress up. The first two dresses weren't what my Mom was looking for but the third dress was a perfect option. When my Mom asked to see a bolero jacket the girl seemed very put out and said she had sold all the bolero's earlier in the week. After being told by another sales girl where some more bolero's may be, my Mom was able to try a few on, but by that point my Mom was so upset with the experience that she just wanted to leave. We opted to leave without what would have been a perfect dress. Your wedding is one of the most special days you have and wedding dress shopping is supposed to be a fun experience but all Carrie's did was leave my Mom discouraged and feeling down. I would never recommend this store and wish that I could leave a review on their Facebook page but it is not open for reviews. read more

Best wedding dress shopping experience hands down! I had a really bad experience at another salon two weeks before. I'm so happy and grateful Carrie's was recommended to me. I accidentally wrote my appointment date down incorrectly and showed up a week early. Courtney was super sweet and accommodated me because luckily for me, her other appointment was an apparent no-show. They did end up coming 30 minutes late (unapologetically) with an ill behaved toddler even though the website has clear policies about appointment timing and kids, but Courtney handled it very graciously. I really liked that she wasn't breathing down my neck; she had a great balance of being helpful but not pushy, and she was happy for me to try on as many dresses as I wanted. I was able try on 6 in less than an hour. I found my dress for $900! And I love that you walk out with your dress. No ordering, worrying or waiting. And so nice that there's a seamstress right next door. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

Carrie's bridal was the very first place I shopped for wedding dresses and it was the best first experience ever!!!! Courtney was our consultant and she was amazing - so helpful and informative!! I instantly felt like she was one of my best friends, I even left saying to my group - we are missing someone, and they were like no we aren't unless you are thinking of Courtney and that is exactly what I was thinking! ha!! But the dresses are Carrie's were absolutely beautiful and the best part is NOTHING IS OVER $1,000!! I did not find my dress here, but I found one I loved but I am not the type of person to buy a dress of so much importance the very first day I go to try on dresses. I also loved Carrie's because they are an "off the rack store" so I actually got to try on dresses that were very close to my size (rather than ones that are soooo big and so many clips) I actually got to see what dresses in my size look on me! One other thing I loved about Carrie's was THEY ALLOW YOU TO TAKE PICTURES! After visiting 7 other bridal salons, I realized half of them do not allow you to take pictures (which was so ridiculous to me- because that is ultimately how I decided on the dress I choose by going back and looking at pictures on me - also sometimes the dress doesn't photograph how it looks in person and I thought this was very important to know considering wedding photos....). Also, Carrie's had such a cute little private try on area for you and your group, I just thought it was such a nice little touch.
