The Farm Supply Company locations in:…read more Paso Robles - Santa Maria San Luis Obispo. - Buellton Arroyo Grande. - Pump & Well I did a review for The Farm Supply Company from a third party research firm. My reviews, recommendations and comments about how the company in general can improve customer volume was done all the way back on 2/27/2025 from the times of 7:00p.m. - 8:30p.m. through the zoom platform. Even though this was a late time frame during business hours, I still kept my end of the deal and attended the Zoom meeting to help improve the Farm Supply Company from a potential customers standpoint. I did rate the company honestly and gave feedback as to how Farm Supply can improve customer acquisition. The WARNING to potential customers is to be Very WEARY and CAUTIOUS about the Farm Supply Company in general! I say this because The Farm Supply Company has not paid me until now 4/21/2025! I want to reiterate that I did the survey meeting with a representative of the Farm Supply Company way back in 2/27/2025! The third party agency that connected me to rate the Farm Supply has made multiple attempts to have the company pay me a small incentive for my time doing the Zoom survey. The company has repeatedly made several excuses as to why the payment had NOT come through, with all the excuses finally running out! If the Farm Supply Company can do this to me, I want to alert potential customers of the way they conduct business. If purchasing something from that store PLEASE be Extremely Weary of their return policy, and how they may potentially come up with several excuses as to why they cannot accept the return. They also do a lot of overcharging of their merchandise to an exorbitant amount compared to their other competitors like The Home Depot, Lowe's Home Improvement and Ace Home and Garden. I want to give my suggestion of being WEARY and CAUTIOUS of potentially shopping their because I would not like to see potential customers being taken advantage of like the way they did to me for giving my honest and constructive criticism. Please be Safe and Very Cautious of their potential up-sales! Be Safe and CAUTIOUS if potentially shopping at their overpriced stores!

I called and spoke with KC Jo, she was so helpful in checking inventory and making sure the product was in stock and ready to go. One of the items I wanted was not in stock in any other location so she helped me find a alternative. We have a maple Scandinavian dining room set my parents gave us as a wedding present. When the kids…read morewere little years back, the original seat fabric got all stained and nasty with milk, etc. We went to an undisclosed interior design place and replaced the fabric with marine grade vinyl and thick padding. The result was horrendous. The vinyl was tucked, unprofessionally with big seams/creases at the corners, like a do it yourself job. We didn't care at the time - as long as it held up for the next 10 years, we were good. Come 2020 and that vinyl is getting annoying. Our butts stick to them, the chairs noticeably look bad relative to the rest of our furnishing, and most importantly, the kids aren't leaving have half their food on the seats. Santa Barbara Design Center has been here for a while and I stopped in randomly on the way to Home Improvement. I was introduced to Michael, a knowledgeable and personable chap. I showed him an online picture of the original chair, and that I wanted to restore the seat to its original, sleek, sculptural and refined splendor. He said no problem, provided a couple of premium quality fabric books, and we were on our way. We picked out the fabric and brought the chairs in. Michael commented "my god, who did this work?" 50% down and ten days later, chairs were done, with a message "come down and make sure you are happy." My wife and I looked, were pleased - Michael responded with "here's something that bothers me, I want you to see..." He flipped the chair over and on the bottom, the seat fabric was stapled just outside of the underside frame. You wouldn't see it normally, but from a distance or looking down from the side, you might. Immediately we thought the same thing, yeah, that's not ideal. He said it shouldn't be done like this, let me redo it for you, no charge. His upholsterer redid it, and boy those 8 chairs look great, almost better than the original! The seats came out sleek and wonderfully curved over the underlying pad. The fabric is comfortable, soft and elegant - couldn't be happier. The interior of SBDC fills a warehouse space and contains just about everything; furniture, rugs, lamps, etc. The staff were COVID compliant, and Michael was a dream to work with. He has an excellent eye for detail, is easy to work with, and is an honest broker; I wish we had more projects for him!

Vintage shopping is my weakness. I always ask my husband -- "Do I need more stuff?" And he always…read moresays -- "No, but let's look anyway." Lol. Happiness set in as soon as I walked through the door. Clean, organized, bright and more importantly -- no old, dirty smell! The first item that caught my eye was a handmade mug. It reminded me of when my grandson was learning the alphabet as he would excitedly shout "N is for Narwhal!" Needless to say, I couldn't put it back down. We browsed every corner and found so many lovely items, including a beautiful vintage vanity (on my wish list). Prices were surprisingly reasonable, which made it really difficult not to buy more. As we were ready to check out with my mug, the husband pointed out a tiny silver scoop in a locked case. He could tell on my face that I wanted to add it to my collection, so he called someone to open the case -- he's such an enabler. :) The staff are easy to find, incredibly friendly and helpful. Such a great place -- we'll be back!

While in Solvang, we found this really cool vintage thrift shop and walked around a bit. The inside had so many items to look at, but still felt very organized and didn't leave me feeling overwhelmed. They had everything - old records, comics, purses, fur coats, glassware -- even backstage passes from different concerts which I thought was pretty cool. I am always on the hunt for Uranium glass and A Piece of the Past had a few items. One being an ashtray and another being a set of glasses that I am still kicking myself for not just buying. Service was very friendly throughout the store and I also thought that most of the items were fairly priced - it didn't feel like they were trying to gouge anyone. Check them out!
