During a particularly tense and difficult local election I noticed that Valley Rock supported every Republican candidate that was running--from dog catcher to Governor and on to the President (they had numerous "Vote For..." yard signs on their premises). That's fine, right? This is America, after all...but there are two issues with this kind of open and obvious political dialogue that are important to me. First, when a business displays political signage on their property it means that their customers can judge them for it. And second, I am no where close to being a Republican. My God...I don't even recognize the Republican party any more. So, my wife may continue to buy really excellent landscaping products from VR, but they will NEVER make another cent off of me.
