I had glassware that I had taken the time to individually wrap so it wouldn't break or chip. This girl didn't like that I put the box of glass in a bin. I told her it was glass and shouldn't be dumped in the bin (she told me no boxes allowed). She took the box out of the bin and dropped it on the cement at about 4' distance from the ground. I was furious and took my now broken glassware and put it back in my car and drove away. Who takes a box of glassware and purposely drops it? The last time I took my stuff to Goodwill, there was a GREAT GUY who helped me unload my stuff and gave me a receipt.

They are acting like an antique shop, when all the items were donated to them for free. It's suppose to be a second hand thrift store. Even people that have antique shops or resale things I can justify paying the price. They went looking, put in time and effort, paid a price for the item and are reselling for a small profit. Even tho this was a mistake by their employee (the store said it could have been the manufacturer- but their employee didn't catch the mistake if it was manufacturer related) The second pair of shoes were a size two in a box marked size 3, I had asked for a size 3 shoe. If I bought an incorrect size I would understand their no refund policy, but both of these were their employee's mistakes- and it still falls under their no refund policy? I'm guessing this falls under the buyer beware policy???
