I have yet to find their donations drop-off open. I refuse to donate to Goodwill, so I end up driving all of the clothing and housewares that WERE going to Achievement House to a thrift store out of town, instead. read more

This is a great store with lots of items regularly switching out. The staff are friendly and they are doing great work.

Love there mission, but the prices have gotten out of control for items they get for free. For those of us not trying to resale and find a good deal on vintage items, or just furniture in general, you won't get one here. It's like they forgot that a lot of people are low income and just want to furnish their homes. I never thought I would say this, but Goodwill is cheaper than this place. They are acting like an antique shop, when all the items were donated to them for free. It's suppose to be a second hand thrift store. Even people that have antique shops or resale things I can justify paying the price. They went looking, put in time and effort, paid a price for the item and are reselling for a small profit. This place literally gets everything for free and items cost more than they do on EBay. read more

I had glassware that I had taken the time to individually wrap so it wouldn't break or chip. This girl didn't like that I put the box of glass in a bin. I told her it was glass and shouldn't be dumped in the bin (she told me no boxes allowed). She took the box out of the bin and dropped it on the cement at about 4' distance from the ground. I was furious and took my now broken glassware and put it back in my car and drove away. Who takes a box of glassware and purposely drops it? The last time I took my stuff to Goodwill, there was a GREAT GUY who helped me unload my stuff and gave me a receipt.

But I found Bella & loved what I saw so I called them & they were able to accommodate me even though I was ordering the day before I wanted the arrangement delivered! There was a small miscommunication & during a busy Saturday I didn't know if my flowers had been delivered. I reached out to them through Instagram on Sunday (a day they are closed) to see if they could confirm the delivery. Not only did they respond immediately and confirm + let me know the details of my delivery. They took it a step above and offered to bring a complimentary arrangement to the memorial service for the miscommunication. I am so humbled by their generosity and professionalism, it truly means the world to me & my family that they would go out of their way to do something so meaningful and special. Thank you, I will now be ordering flowers from Bella Florist whenever I'm in need in Lompoc!

Hadn't realized that they'd expanded, added in vintage dealer spaces, and moved to a new place. Luckily, I found them online and realized that they had a new location. Dear Hubby and I had been staying in nearby Santa Maria and decided to drop in on our way south. It was worth the trip. I like that they have such a great variety of merchandise. The main front room is mostly spaces for local crafters / artisans with new or newer goods. Moving toward the back and side rooms, there are many booths for dealers with vintage / antique items. It's a browsers paradise! Couldn't resist picking up a sparkly pair of earrings, a "Farmhouse"-logo pillow, and some small succulents for a great price. Most everything seems fairly priced, actually. The woman minding the store (owner, perhaps?) was very friendly and helpful as we rounded up our purchases. I did ask about Mike's Birdhouses, which was one of the reasons that we'd stopped by. We'd previously purchased several of his charming rustic creations and were looking for more. Mike also operates a shop with model train supplies, but is only open a couple of days mid-week. The woman told us that she's reached out to him a number of times about him bringing in some of his birdhouses, but he hasn't made it happen yet. Still, it was enjoyable to see the different displays of goods. A lot of emphasis on Valentine's Day, which is coming soon. I'm sure they'll dive headfirst into Spring/Easter soon thereafter. Definitely worth a visit when you're in the area.

I went in the palest I've ever been and came out perfectly bronzed! The tan lasted through 2 weeks! I couldn't have been more pleased with the tone of the tan, not orangey, not too dark, but totally complimentary of my skin tone. I told the attendant it was my first tan and she gave me lots of do's and don'ts. The tips and tricks she gave were perfect. I was in and out so quickly, I will definitely be back!!
