I went in for a consultation 3 days ago and I was helped by the whole staff. I felt comfortable and like I was going to be taken care of with good heart. I was scheduled to come in for an extraction on one of my broken teeth and I was nervous. Ashley and the entire staff helped me calm down and when Dr Petcu came in to extract my tooth, he gave me words of encouragement and informed me I would not feel anything. He did not lie. I was numb amazingly well and I was able to survive the extraction. I highly recommend coming into this office and getting your teeth taken care of. I know I will be going back again especially since they are the most friendliest office I have ever stepped foot into. Thank you Dr Petcu, Ashley, and all the staff in the office. Like my first visit, Carson Dental was helpful in all the right ways. The office is straightforward, clean, and efficient. Their new patient and intake forms are minimized, and paper forms are replaced by iPads. The Dental Assistant working with Dr. Abraham called me into his work area where the magic happens. I was impressed by Dr. Abraham: his professionalism, bedside manner, knowledge, but most importantly to me, his skill set. He is truly a rock star. Dr. Hiroshige is the dentist to go to in Gardena and the South Bay!!!!!! Parking is super convenient and he has all the latest technology. The XRay tech was super nice and made sure I was comfortable with my X Rays. They took both an XRay and a 3D photo of my bite. Luckily I had no cavities but i needed a very deep cleaning! I chose to return to his office because of the trust I have in his expertise. Before coming back, I consulted two dentists closer to my new location. One said the procedure could not be done and recommended a root canl specialist, while the other explained that the treatment would be too complex and would require three separate visits. Dr. Stephen Hiroshige carefully evaluated my case and personally completed the root canal treatment. The entire procedure was virtually painless, and I felt completely at ease throughout. While the drive was long, it was absolutely worth it.
