Carrabba's is hands down my favorite chain. We usually frequent this location and the staff is always nice and the food is consistently good. Ive also come a couple times for happy hour with coworkers. The drink specials and discounted app menu is also excellent AND it last until 7! So you can literally come after work and still make it! My husband & l enjoy going here. It's close to home & we never have to wait for a table. We always ask to be seated where Adam is serving. Adam always makes us feel at home and feel important. He has such a positive energy to the customers and the people he works with. As for the food. It's a great value & it's good . It comes with the soup or salad and the bread is always warm. They serve with an addictive seasoning to dip the bread the olive oil. I always order the Martino pasta. It never disappoints. Its tasty & always come warm. My husband love the chicken Marsala. The one think I think they can improve is the Sicilian chicken soup. The last couple of times Frank had it was too salty for his or my taste. I have only ever been to Carrabba's for their wine/whiskey pairings dinner, but those have always been a really great experience. It's fun to have the team walk through how the tastes of their selected wine or whiskey pair with the delicious meal the kitchen has prepared. The cost is great for the 3-4 courses, and the staff are always such a delight. Looking forward to coming back for another, and hopefully some day just getting there for a regular meal! read more

I had the Chicken Bryan paired with garlic mash and Italian salad. I am typically a Marsala enthusiast, but I was keen to try something different since it was my first time here. The chicken was really tender, but the lemon sauce had way too much acidity for me. The salad and mash were amazing! Very disappointed! A friend and I met there. The best thing we had was the bread and olive oil dip. Over priced, tasteless food. We ordered salads and each had a ravioli entree. The salad was small. We barely got into the salad when the entrees came...on cold plates. Raviolis were just warm and returned for warmup. But NO flavor. Service was good and ambience good. Impeccable Service! We celebrated a birthday at Carrabba's yesterday afternoon. We normally go every year to another Italian restaurant (that will be nameless lol). This year we chose Carrabba's and it was a great choice. A service of 16 people on a Friday at dinner time could have been a disaster but it was not - it was organized and managed well - all thanks to Nick! Nick was the Captain and Master at the helm! He was in full control of those assisting him with service (i.e he did not let anything get out of control under his watch or become chaotic - for example, when one server bringing out items was unsure and asked us "who had minestrone soup", Nick said quietly that she should use the ticket which had seats and service items listed and reminded her to use that). When there was confusion on prices for someone who was trying to be discreet about only having so much money to spend, he addressed the issue and kindly said "you did ask me about that, I misunderstood what you were asking", and even when I had an issue about adding something and did not realize the price had changed, he and the manager set the expectation going forward but adjusted to align with my expectations. If you think that's all - there's more - from communicating that "we will be seeing food coming up quickly now...we will be bringing that out to you.." to "there are several seat/service checks I will begin on those now but it will require some time... " what an awesome demonstration of service management - setting expectation where he was and what he was doing and how long it will take. I have to say our table was chock full of high maintenance consumers with a lot of requests! GREAT JOB NICK! If only more servers had his management skills for service. And kudos to the manager who was also fair and dealt with our question about the price! And.... The food was amazing! The Tuscan Grilled chicken, Eggplant Parm, Lasagna, Italian salad, chicken soup, minestrone soup, Mezzaluna pasta, fresh bread (and you can always ask for butter if you cannot do the oil), but more than anything else --- especially the Zucchini appetizer (which is THE best anywhere). I hope we come for all our future birthdays to Carrabba's! I hope they would agree too (I think we were good customers At least, I hope so). Awesome job! Love this place! Have had numerous meals at Carrabbas, and 99% of the time, these meals were superior. Yesterday, ordered their Crab and Shrimp Florentine (special), and after going through the entire contents with microscopic intent, we could not find even one piece of crab -- and needless to say, there was a minimum amount of shrimp (4). After my Yelp complaint, "Amy, Owner," wrote and requested that I go to their website and launch a complaint there. I went, filled out the for, and checked the "restaurant experience box," and mailed it. Then another worker wrote for me to go to another site on their website to file another form. I am not going to be led in circles to inform them that they falsely advertise items on their menu. I had also mentioned to them that in 4 of our pick up orders in the past, they did not include the Cannoli Cakes we had included in our orders and had paid for. Nice place, isn't it? Check your food to see what you actually get, and check the bags for your pick up orders to make sure you get what you've paid for. You can't trust them. read more

Well, I guess let's chalk up another place I used to love, taking the proverbial swan dive, down the shi**er pipe. I am giving 2 stars for the good times before. Thank the Lord for my stellar memory and having the ability to remember good times. I should have known the minute we sat down, we were given a dirty bread plate. Not a good opener. I was there with the wife, using a gift card from the son and DIL. They both went here with us in the past and remember the good times. Busy, bustling, quality, and as I used to say, "10 steps over Olive Garden." Now, I would say it's a half a step over the Olive Garden. What happened?? Covid? Bidenomics? New ownership? We both ordered steaks, which were in the past, very good. The wife had the sirloin and I had the ribeye. Both were ordered medium rare. The steaks arrived: hers was rare and mine was blue rare. I had to send it back. I just couldn't. The upcharges for some of the sides were ridiculous. Shrinkflation on the salad was reality. A glass of wine at happy hour was $7+, and that is outrageous. They comped us a dessert a piece for my $40 steak cook fiasco. I would have rather had the comp go on the bill. $100 later, we left with plenty of leftovers and the feeling of being finessed. The bright spot was our server. He was attentive and understanding. There were no pictures taken, due to the issues. It would have been like taking pictures of a crime scene. I can no longer recommend Carrabba's. In fact, I will not mention them at all anymore. I feel sad about this, and another enjoyable restaurant I used to enjoy is off the list. My wife and I decided to have an at home picnic and watch the Young and the Restless without having to cook. So we decided on pickup from Carrabba's in Brookfield. My wife ordered online through Uber Eats. However she ordered the wrong dinner for me and when she noticed the order was already in. She called and they said to come in and they'd try to straighten everything out. With the help of Jill and Randy the manager they were able to get things corrected, so special thanks to them. I had the ribeye steak with garlic mashed potato and sautéd broccoli. I ordered my steak charred on the outside and medium inside, it was done to perfection and the flavor was fantastic. My wife had the pork chops and said they were perfect. Thanks again Jill and Randy you helped to make our picnic a real treat. read more

Let me start by saying the Blackberry Sangria and all the food was delicious. And the servings were generous. But we had a few issues: We three made a reservation on a Saturday at 5:45 and when we arrived 5 minutes before that time we were told it would be about 25 minutes. When I asked if that was correct since we had a reservation and she said yes, that only meant we got put on the waiting list when we arrived and were moved along faster than others who were waiting without a reservation. Another family was told the same thing and we can't figure out why they take reservations at all in this case. And, yes, we waited 25 minutes to be seated. Knowing that the location was short-staffed we were happy to be patient and our server was working hard and did very well. But as the menu states we could order a to-go meal for $10 if we ordered an entree. We verified that any entre on the menu applied and the lesser costing entree would have the $10 cost applied to it. We verified that as long as we order an entree, we could use this deal with the less costly item being discounted to $10. Sounded great. So we ordered our meals and drinks and the server asked if we were ready to order our second entrees. We asked for a few minutes and she said that was fine. Shortly after we had decided what we would order for our second meals and she told us this one had to be less than our current entree order. When I noted that we would gladly pay full price for the more expensive meal she said we couldn't order a more expensive one anymore since we had already ordered one. Why?? This made no sense. Our bill came with all the entrees on the same bill but because we didn't want to make an issue in the crowded restaurant we just decided to only get one entree that was less than my meal. The others chose to not take the deal because they didn't want any of the less costly entrees. I feel this was misleading from the start and it really colored our evening. The idea that both entrees had to be ordered at the same time (it was only 5-7 minutes between when we made our first and second choices, and that time was because the server left us and didn't return for that time) was not noted or even told to us. So beware of odd rules. We really liked our meals and spent $130 for the three of us, but this change of the offer did not make for a good ending to the evening. Shame on Carrabba's for playing a game at the expense of their customers. read more

Really good!!! I enjoyed it a lot, the service was quick even with a bunch of large parties there, and the food was really tasty. We had a really awesome server, her name was Aracelly, I think, and she was super nice. She checked on our table a bunch and made sure we were having a really good time. She obviously was doing a lot for the restaurant but made sure to care for all of her tables and it was really awesome, so props to her for that. I really liked the inside of restaurant too, it was really cozy and the way you could see the kitchen was really awesome. The tables were fairly spaced and the chair were nice and comfy. I would definitely go back just for that but the food was even better. I must note that they come in pretty large portions or at least the chicken Parmesan did, but I was really good. We all got different foods and all of them looked really good! Long story short, I would definitely recommend and I would definitely come again, it was very good!!! read more

I just got completely ripped off by their bartender. I just had a terrible experience. The service was bad, but I ignored that. There was a floaty in one of my drinks that resembled mucous - I politely pointed it out to the bartender, I'm very reasonable.  I was charged $27.69, for 3.75 oz of liquor.  No, this wasn't a Carrabbas's in an airport.... this is rural wisconsin where 27.69 can buy an entire bottle of maker's mark including tax.  I first got an itialian old fashioned - it was tiny. Only about 1/4 of the glass. The bartender said something about them being only 1.25 oz. Which previous times I've been there - they were at least 2-3 x's as much liquid.  I assumed the bartender was mistaken and let it go, again, I'm very reasonable.  So I order something that would be mistake proof, a Manhattan. The bartender asks if I would like brandy or whiskey (clearly they had no clue what they were doing, there is no such thing as a brandy Manhattan).  I ask for Maker's. I asked for it to be served up.  She brings me a WARM drink not served up, in an old fashioned glass (wasn't shaken with ice, wasn't on the rocks, it was warm). The drink had a disgusting floaty in it and clearly contained little vermouth or bitters, not even a garnish was in it.  I politely point out the floaty and she offers to make me another. I say great, then ask her how she made the first one, she said maker's and vermouth. I ask about bitters and she says no. I ask her how much liquor was in it - she said 1.25 oz. I again, assume she didn't know how to bartend and politely let her know that typically a Manhattan served up would be 2oz of bourbon, 1oz sweet vermouth, a couple dashes of bitters with a fruit garnish. She says she would need to make it a double in that case (again, assuming she lacks training) I say that's not problem.  She's makes me a better drink with no floaty and not room temp.  I think that's fine, I finish my meal, I finish the drink. I get the bill and see that she charged me for two manhattens for a total of 18.07. I point out that I'm being charged for two - she said yes, that's because I ordered a "double".  I'm frustrated and in a hurry so I let her know that $19 is extremely steep for a mid-grade manhatten and I'd like to speak to the manager, I made it clear that my intention was to get her some job training, not to get her in trouble.  A manager came over. I explained the situation. She took the receipt to "the big manager" in her words. She came back and said that the double charge was because I "got a double" that totaled 2.5 oz. I tell her that in no world outside of Utah does a double Manhattan mean 2.5oz.  A double would be 5-6oz.  She acts annoyed while I remain calm and polite. She goes and asks the big manager again and comes back saying that 18.70 was the correct price for a "double" manhatten. I tell her that there is no such thing as a single manhatten other than Utah where it's illegal to serve more than 1.5oz at a time. She clearly needs an intro to bartending just like her bartender.  I let her know I'm never going to patron this restaurant, or any of the other restaurants that the franchise owner owns (fun fact, my family spent $400 at Flemmings the night before)  pay my bill and leave feeling absolutely ripped off and treated terrible.  I can't fathom a "big boss" who has any business sense would like at a complaint over $19 drink and not budging on the price, and instead saying "you're right, that does seem a bit high, let me knock $3-5 bucks off" where I would have felt understood and would have continued to be a customer. read more

Fair warning - everything was heavily spiced and salted, which I liked a lot, but I know opinions vary on that. I can see why Carrabba's may have been popular at one point in time. I seem to recall a location in the Denver area in the early 2000s that we could never, ever get into. But I feel like not much has changed over the ensuing decades and this place feels tired to me. The food was just fine, nothing spectacular, and extremely salty. While awaiting the waiter continued to call the table of ladies "guys" and ignoring requests. When a member of the party asked for a signature menu item that wasn't available per the kitchen staff who was directly behind the table seating, the items was charged and never brought to the table. We asked for the manager and was told "she" will be right with you. The male manager that came to the table said "what's wrong" and "that is how it's supposed to look". Carrabba's offers up consistently tasty Italian-American cuisine. And, this location is no exception. What I love about this location, in particular: + The atmosphere. Not sure if it was due to the fact that we came here around the holidays (there were some twinkle lights present), but we thought the dining room was a cut about other locales we've been to. +The service. Speedy, friendly, and efficient. +The cocktails. I typically order their New Fashioned (a maple infused spin on your typical whiskey Old Fashioned). I've received short pours and healthy pours at various Carrabba's locations. Here? Healthy pour. Other than that, their food was consistent with what I expected. I ordered their lasagne, which was delish. That said, my favorite dish of theirs continues to be their shrimp and scallop spiedino (shrimp and scallops coated in Italian breadcrumbs, wood grilled, and topped with lemon butter--mouth watering deliciousness!). You can definitely not go wrong with their Amore Mondays (3 course meals beginning at $12.99--starter, soup or salad, and main dish). It makes Monday just a little bit brighter. Get to it! read more

Super disappointed with the food! The first time I came here was during an elite event and I thought everything was amazing. I decided to come back with a friend for dinner over the holiday and was very disappointed in the quality of the food. Our server was fantastic, he was very pleasant although it took him a very long time to come back and check on us throughout the whole meal. We decided to do the date night menu for $45 where are you choose an appetizer to share, decide on 2 entrées from only four choices. There's a dessert to share which is pre-picked by the restaurant. We decided on the mozzarella marinara which was just OK. Nothing super spectacular in the taste department and I didn't particularly care for the marinara, it was a little bland. For our dinner entrées my friend ordered the chicken Parmesan with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. And I ordered a fettuccine Carrabba, which had mushrooms grilled chicken and peas. The chicken Parmesan tasted good but it was dry, there was no sauce on it. I was surprised that it didn't come accompanied with a pasta and sauce. Instead they gave you choices to choose from. My friend thought that there definitely should've been more sauce on it. My fettuccine dish was basically an Alfredo dish with chicken, mushrooms and vegetables. Unfortunately the dish was not very creamy with the Alfredo sauce it was dry and all the noodles stuck together in a big clump. As for the taste it was bland. So far the only thing that we really enjoyed were the cocktails. I will say they have very tasty options for cocktails that are quite delicious. The dessert they brought was a delicious chocolate brownie cake with whipped topping. That was quite tasty! Overall, I don't believe that I would go back. Carrabba's exceeded my expectations for a chain restaurant dinner. Our servers were very kind and helpful. We were at dinner for a special occasion and ordered wine and we're excited to find out Wednesdays are half off wine night. Our waitress also let us know we had made it in a few minutes before happy hour was ending, so we decided to order mozzarella sticks which were very unique and delicious. The pasta we ordered came with a choice of soup or salad and the salad was very tasty. We really enjoyed our pasta and they had a huge menu to choose from. Not our first visit but a disappointing one. The house salad and bread for dipping were as good as always. My partner ordered the lobster ravioli and I opted for the lasagna. We had barely started our sale when the server brought our entrees We asked that the hold them for a while, and they were taken away. We just started on our salad again when another server brought our entrees again. Said it was too soon and the food would be cold. So it went back again. When it was brought the third time the ravioli was fine but the lasagna was Luke warm and the edges were curled up and tough. It looked as though it had been sitting way from the heat. There was no visible cheese between the layers, and very little seasoning. After being served our server disappeared and we waited quite a while for the check. Not inspired to return. read more

They take reservations, but on the Friday night we went, one could walk in at any time. Seated at 6:20 for our 5:45 reservation for 3 people. We wanted to get the $10 take-home entree but we didn't know what we wanted to take home, until we had enjoyed our entrees. The cash register system apparently can't handle this situation-- you Have to know in advance which 2 entries your ordering and make sure to order the more expensive one as your entree. We had to ask twice for waterAnd when we asked for a container for our leftovers the waitress slapped it on the table as she walked by. Looks like we were there on a night when they were unexpectedly under staff and I'm sure the wait staff who were there we're super busy.
