I stared going to Dr. Carr after I got into a car accident. I was in significant pain, my back was out badly enough that it was clearly noticeable on the x rays. When I first got injured I was very tender that I wasn't able to move freely at all. I had headaches, stomach issues, sensitivity to light, and lots of pain just to name a couple of the things I was dealing with. Now a couple months later I am able to move freely, no headaches, and no stomach issues and my pain level is next to gone. He is the kindest person that is truly focused on healing and wellness, not just a profit. I more than highly recommend using him for any body issues that you have because he will put you back together!! More importantly he will help fix the problem in a caring professional way to get you better quickly. I've NEVER had such good care taken of me and my health, including all of my doctors, in all of my life than Dr. Carr took of me. read more

When I first started seeing Dr. Carr I had been battling serious back trouble for some time. I've been seeing Dr. Carr regularly for several months now and am feeling wonderful! I'm upright and having little to no pain. The first time in years I can say that! Not only am I feeling great, but he has an amazing staff. The staff always call to remind me of my appointments. If I need to reschedule they are accommodating and polite (even if its' short notice). When you walk in the front office is clean and the staff are personable and friendly. Before I started seeing Dr. Carr i would have really bad headaches and I would also feel the need to always crack my back on my own which I thought was normal.. Turns out it wasn't. I have been seeing Dr. Carr now for 4 months, and it has been amazing. I have been dealing with a pinched nerve for over 5 years and a bum knee. I received a text reminding me of that appointment the day before. I called as soon as I could to request a reschedule. During a breast exam, my doctor discovered something suspicious. I was asked to go right away for a mammogram. I told Toth on my message that I had to have a mammogram that I couldn't reschedule. I was called the morning of the 29th by someone at Toth. I was told I had to provide 24 hours notice to make any change to my appointment. I believe my call to reschedule (NOT CANCEL) was 22.5 hours notice. I work with students and cannot (nor would I ever) make or take calls while I am with them. I had to wait until I had a break. I know I probably signed something months ago about their cancellation policy. I know I was not given a copy of it. I guess I was expected to memorize it along with all the other service providers' policies. The woman on the line would not waver. She actually charged me for the entire fee for the massage. I was in tears. Me Spa does not charge if you reschedule. In fact, neither does my eye brow aesthetician. Trust me, I would have been there had I not had to have an immediate mammogram. I really needed a massage after a couple of hectic, grueling weeks. I own my own business. I, too, have a cancellation policy. However, I give grace for extenuating circumstances. Heck, I've given grace for non-extenuating circumstances. I went to that mammogram. Here is part of the letter I received afterwards June 2, 2026 Re: MAMMO DIGITAL SCREEN W TOMO BILAT Dear Jeanne, The Radiologist has reviewed your breast imaging exam from 5/29/26 and has requested an additional diagnostic evaluation in order to obtain a more definitive diagnosis. This does not necessarily mean that there is a serious problem in the breast, but it should not be ignored. Be advised that this may require additional authorization from your health insurance. So, I get to go in again this Friday for more extensive testing. The fact that Toth charged me for the full massage, and not a percentage or a cancellation fee is very upsetting to me. Cancellations are a part of business. They just pocketed my money and did not have to do anything to earn it. They have lost my business. I cannot work with anyone who has such rigid and harsh cancellation policies.
