Where do I begin? Dr. Sordyl has absolutely changed my life! When I started seeing her, I was desperate, looking for any kind of relief and trying to avoid surgery at all costs. I was in a car accident in 2017. I went to Dr. Sordyl for over a year and a half to treat my back and incurred ~$5k for treatments. 3 months before my claim was due, I requested the paperwork to submit my claim. She informed that I had never done the accident report and that she was not aware that I was being treated for injuries related to a car accident (despite the fact that we had multiple conversations about the accident). I told her that I did fill out the accident report on the first visit. She asked me to come in to fill out the paperwork again. I spent an hour and a half driving to and from to fill out the paperwork. I arrive and she tries to get me on the table for treatment. I informed her that I was there to obtain the necessary paperwork to file my claim and not for treatment. As her office manager goes to add my accident report to my file, I see the original report already in the file. The printer is not working, so I am not able to leave with the necessary documentation. I inform her that I am going on vacation for two weeks, and she assures me that I will receive the necessary documentation in the mail. I come back from vacation and did not receive anything. I send her multiple emails trying to obtain the paperwork. She is moving offices and her phone is disconnected. I threaten to post this, and she finally send me a "comprehensive" bill. It is not accurate and only has about 1/3 of my visits and does not total correctly. She issues one more correction which was still completely inaccurate. I send repeated emails asking for the proper bills and records to radio silence. She completely failed to get me the necessary paperwork before time ran out on my insurance claim. read more
