LONG story short…read more For three weeks in a row they charged me the full amount, ($70ish) and didn't bill my insurance (while giving me the run around about meeting my deductible) After I said I didn't want to continue service at that price, my deductible was magically met and my charge went down to $22.... I continued for a month or so. 2 years after I stopped going I was randomly billed for $180 saying I owed more than what they were billing me. That's the very long story shortened.... Good chiropractor, shady business practice.

I was so incredibly hesitant. I read the website probably 100 times and knew she did more than just pop people. I talked to others that see her and they also told me she does more than just pop and crack. I finally decided to suck it up and try. When I first called, bless the front desk gal. I was a wreck. When I get nervous I just talk... a lot. She calmly asked me if I was nervous and what I was nervous about. She flat out asked if I was nervous about the term Chiropractor and I promptly told her yes. She put me at ease so quickly by explaining exactly what would be happening during my visit. Dr. Jackson does not pop you without asking your permission and will work on areas you want to focus on. This made me feel SO much better so I scheduled a time and went in. I was still super nervous on my first visit. Unsure of what to wear, what to do, all that. Asking a thousand questions to my friend who also sees her. I have got to say, making this first appointment has changed everything. We went over what I wanted to focus on, my problem areas, and any concerns I have. She did some mobility work on me and offered some stretches and I went on my way. Booked another appointment that same day! I love being able to go in and tell her what has been bothering me the past week and we work on that muscle group. I have seen a ton of changes in my overall mobility and how my body feels in general. I often forget to stretch on my own but all this work we have been doing has helped me stay focused on becoming the best me possible. She asked me if I was okay with a certain pop and I said I was, so I'm slowly opening up to the idea of being popped... just not my neck. That will still take some time.
