This isn't a review about any of the employees. I really did have a fabulous massage there months ago. Before I left after that massage, I made another appointment for May 29th. I received a text reminding me of that appointment the day before. I called as soon as I could to request a reschedule. During a breast exam, my doctor discovered something suspicious. I was asked to go right away for a mammogram. I told Toth on my message that I had to have a mammogram that I couldn't reschedule. I was called the morning of the 29th by someone at Toth. I was told I had to provide 24 hours notice to make any change to my appointment. I believe my call to reschedule (NOT CANCEL) was 22.5 hours notice. I work with students and cannot (nor would I ever) make or take calls while I am with them. I had to wait until I had a break. I know I probably signed something months ago about their cancellation policy. I know I was not given a copy of it. I guess I was expected to memorize it along with all the other service providers' policies. The woman on the line would not waver. She actually charged me for the entire fee for the massage. I was in tears. Me Spa does not charge if you reschedule. In fact, neither does my eye brow aesthetician. Trust me, I would have been there had I not had to have an immediate mammogram. I really needed a massage after a couple of hectic, grueling weeks. I own my own business. I, too, have a cancellation policy. However, I give grace for extenuating circumstances. Heck, I've given grace for non-extenuating circumstances. I went to that mammogram. Here is part of the letter I received afterwards June 2, 2026 Re: MAMMO DIGITAL SCREEN W TOMO BILAT Dear Jeanne, The Radiologist has reviewed your breast imaging exam from 5/29/26 and has requested an additional diagnostic evaluation in order to obtain a more definitive diagnosis. This does not necessarily mean that there is a serious problem in the breast, but it should not be ignored. Be advised that this may require additional authorization from your health insurance. So, I get to go in again this Friday for more extensive testing. The fact that Toth charged me for the full massage, and not a percentage or a cancellation fee is very upsetting to me. Cancellations are a part of business. They just pocketed my money and did not have to do anything to earn it. They have lost my business. I cannot work with anyone who has such rigid and harsh cancellation policies. read more

I went here for workers comp massage for almost a year until last week. The staff is very friendly and my therapist Natalie is great. However, my sessions were for 38 minutes which isn't long enough. Furthermore, I had a hectic day and I totally forgot my appointment. I was then told I was now on a THREE MONTH waiting list to get back in, for missing ONE appointment. This is "strict policy" I was told. I am no longer a client there and I will not go back due to this ridiculous rule. Totally lame. read more

I've been seeing Dr Toth for maybe about a year now. Toth and his team are amazing. They have a new masseuse addition to their new location 1223 college (across the street from their old building). Everyone is very professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. The new building is beautiful! The front desk is a lovely, patient woman. I forget her name (i'm sorry) but she's very very sweet! Toth is amazing at what he does and I appreciate his knowledge and kindness. He's been helping me with my shoulder pain. I no longer get throbbing pain on my left side now that I see him regularly. Every 5 weeks. Vince the masseuse, I've only seen once for a 30 minute session (today) and easily I've been converted to an hour long session for the next appointment. He knows what he's doing and already my body feels more rejuvenated from just 30 mins. He's super easy to talk to (just like everyone else) he's a great addition to the team. I'm a hairstylist by trade so my shoulders and upper back get pretty fatigued. Dr. Toth is incredible. I have been to a few different chiropractors in my life and have not been successful with any except for Dr. Toth. I appreciate his gentle ways, educational views, holistic approaches, and of course, chiropractic care. Having seen him for a few years, I can say that not only has he assisted me in managing my body, especially chronic back pain for over 10 years now, but he is also really receptive to educating the patient on ways that they can help themselves. With this said, Dr. Toth will not try to sell you on chiropractic or convince you that you need to see him - my mom has also been a patient and only needs tune ups now and then. She always felt anxious during the neck adjustments and Dr. Toth is so gentle and willing to work with you on whatever your needs and limitations are. He is super affordable if your insurance doesn't cover visits with him and offers payment plans and bundles. I have been going to see Dr. Toth for probably a decade at least. While I think it's best to have regularly scheduled appointments, when you have an injury, you may need help quickly. I have never had an issue scheduling an emergency appointment. I injured my shoulder in the middle of the pandemic. The injury sent me to ortho, PT and nothing worked. I was in chronic pain. During this time I was not seeing Dr. Toth. As soon as I went back to see him, he worked on the root of the issue and I can say after almost two years of being in pain, after a couple months back in his office, I am pain free. read more

I have been going to Dr. Toth for a little over 2 years now. When I first started going, I had constant pain in my left leg and hip stemming from my sciatic nerve. I had regular neck pain as well. He has been very instrumental in assisting me with managing chronic migraine. Recently, my 9 year old son had been suffering from a 10 day ear infection that was not responding to either aural or oral medication. First time there was good... Then went there last week with my neck all screwed up and he did an extremely fast and forced adjustment that caused me some of the most violent pain of my life. Could hardly get off the table after. He offered no apology or explanation. Took my money and sent me to my car to cry as I tried to get in and drive home and almost crashed. Took my bad neck problem and turned it 1000x worse. After talking to other chiros about it they said if I had told them I had just hurt it that day, as I told him, they would have suggested I come back in a day or two... Dr. Toth is amazing! granted it's my first visit, but I can say he is a very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable chiropractor. He did a thorough workup and I did not feel at all that I was simply another number coming to his office. He took the time to conduct my workup and my husbands on the same day, I believe he stayed late in doing so. My chiropractic journey began about 8 years ago in a different state. The chiropractor I had in Oregon was amazing as well and was able to fix a misaligned neck vertebrae and he was working on my constant low back pain when we moved here to California seven years ago. Unable to discern through reviews how various chiropractors here conducted their business, I simply did not trust that I was in good hands and was reluctant to try any chiropractors out. I decided try a different chiropractor about three years ago and was unsatisfied with the results, and switched back to muscle relaxers and pain meds. As I am striving towards a better and healthier me, I wanted to actually fix the issues I am having. Upon getting back to the gym, I have found that there are exercises I simply cannot do due to lack of mobility and pain (I'm only 37...) I have had low back pain with episodes of debilitating pain (flat on my back alternating cold and hot packs, unable to walk or move) ever since I can remember, coupled with an inability to take full breaths and mid back and shoulder blade pain and figured that this was simply my life now. As it had worsened significantly while trying to exercise I decided after much deliberation to seek our chiropractic services again, and decided on Dr. Toth, I am very happy with my decision. I went in with a spot behind my shoulder blade giving me stinging burning fits, and low back muscle pain, and walked out feeling amazing.
