Fast, courteous and efficient people work in this store. And a great big thank you to Chris for proving again and again how many kind people are out there in this world. My battery in my car fob was on the verge of dying. I had no idea how much time I had left when my car alerted me it was low. I panicked. Far from home. Getting dark. Scared. I yelped auto shops and saw I was literally a mile from this company. My concern at this point was to get help. I did not care how many good Yelp reviews they had... just get there. When I walked in every counter was occupied by paying customers. I caught the eye of a person not dressed in uniform behind the counter. I think he saw the panic on my face and immediately asked if he could help. I explained my situation and he was on it from that moment on. He opened my fob and literally in seconds had a replacement battery inserted and put it back together again. And if that was not enough he pointed the fob at my car through the store window to ensure it worked. I will bet I was in and out in 10 minutes. Unbelievable! I am sooo grateful, Chris, for your help. And as it turns out... they have many great Yelp reviews. I am not surprised! Please know you will be taken care of here no matter what your auto needs may be. The store looked immaculately clean and organized. And with so much inventory. This store is a gift to the community. I did take a minute to snap a couple of photos!;)

I unfortunately couldn't figure out how to remove my old wipers as I haven't changed them in years due to my car sitting around. The next day, I went in to ask the gentleman if he could help or walk me through on switching out the blades. The gentleman didn't make an effort to even look at the blades and just said "I can't touch your car but you can go to Auto Zone". I didn't expect the guy to change my wipers, just assistance or pointers. Not helping even a little is silly, but recommending you go to the competition is blatantly idiotic. I had it towed straight to Les Schwab since I'd always heard they were one of the best in the business. The team greeted me right away and got to assessing the damage quickly. Only catch: my tire size is a specific one - 275/40R21, Continental CrossContact RX - and they didn't have it in stock. By the time we figured that out it was already 11 a.m., and I honestly thought there was no way I'd be driving out of there that same day. They proved me wrong. They got the tire special-ordered, delivered, and installed, all by that afternoon. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, fast, and clearly cared about getting me back on the road. This is exactly the kind of service that makes a business stand out - they turned what could've been a multi-day headache into a same-day fix. Highly recommend. If you need tires and want a team that'll actually go the extra mile, this is the place.

I recently moved from Rancho Cordova to Folsom and really appreciated the customer service at the…read morelocation on Folsom Blvd., so I figured I'd give this location a try; I'm so glad I did! Grant and Justin were excellent with my Civic. It's that time in its mileage where all the maintenance things come up at the same time, so my stress was through the roof as I called around to see how much it'd be to replace my brake pads ($700 per axle was the general consensus at local shops...I mean I gotta do what I gotta do, but it hurts nonetheless; I'm hoping that price was with anticipation that the rotors needed replacement too, but I'm not sure as I've never replaced brakes at a shop before and have lucked out at either doing disc brakes myself or having a friend to help with the drums in the past). I messaged on here initially to see if Danny's would be a shop that allows customers to bring in their own parts and I was in luck! The following week (which was just a couple days ago), I went in at 3 pm anticipating I'd likely have to come back in the next day because they closed in 2 hours, and that would've been okay with me. But no, Grant was awesome with helping me get both a full synthetic oil change and brake pad replacement in under 2 hours, and Justin did a great job working on my car to include removing the annoying plate (probably not what it's called but you get it) under my Honda that so many other places (looking at you, Jiffy Lube) have broken or replaced poorly over the years. Grant also was really helpful in helping me save further money by advising that the AutoZone I bought my brake pads at steered me in the wrong direction on the rear brakes along with the correction that they still have a lot of life left; he literally showed me them with comparison to a model they have in shop, so I had a much better idea of where they were at. $132 or so later for labor and I was on my way back home. I went in fully expecting to pay anywhere between $1k-$1.5k if not more given the quotes I was receiving in the area and Grant is the reason for a massive sigh of relief that I don't have to stress the financial aspect of car maintenance. Thank y'all so much and I'll absolute be back for all other maintenance or otherwise needed on my car.

YOU WILL WANT TO READ THIS REVIEW!…read more I used this company because I wanted to use a local company. I was going to get two jeeps sprayed but reduced it to one just in case. Good thing I did. I asked if they would be able to remove certain items and screws instead of spraying over them. I was told not an issue at all. I brought my jeep in and showed them exactly what I wanted done. I left feeling they had a good understanding.. That was not the case! When I came to pick up my jeep I was told that they had broke one of my bolts "due to rust" and they were too scared to take the rest out. The bolt they broke was the door bolt nut. I have taken these off and on several times throughout the year and never had any issues at all with them. Then I was directed to some side mirror mounts where the worker said he could not get them undone at all. So instead of calling me and asking... he just line X'd the whole thing. He did not even try and remove any screws or tape over any screw or bolt heads.. pretty much did a lazy get it done LineX job. Only reason this is not a 1 star is due to the actual lineX itself. It looks decent but I am sure I am going to have issues down the road. I would avoid this location at all cost! After my issues my neighbor and some of my 4 wheel buddies said they had the same issues there. (thanks for telling me after).
