I am the new #1 fan of this O'Reilly Auto Parts location!…read more Talk about 5-star Yelp service... That is what I received today in my time of need. Fast, courteous and efficient people work in this store. And a great big thank you to Chris for proving again and again how many kind people are out there in this world. My battery in my car fob was on the verge of dying. I had no idea how much time I had left when my car alerted me it was low. I panicked. Far from home. Getting dark. Scared. I yelped auto shops and saw I was literally a mile from this company. My concern at this point was to get help. I did not care how many good Yelp reviews they had... just get there. When I walked in every counter was occupied by paying customers. I caught the eye of a person not dressed in uniform behind the counter. I think he saw the panic on my face and immediately asked if he could help. I explained my situation and he was on it from that moment on. He opened my fob and literally in seconds had a replacement battery inserted and put it back together again. And if that was not enough he pointed the fob at my car through the store window to ensure it worked. I will bet I was in and out in 10 minutes. Unbelievable! I am sooo grateful, Chris, for your help. And as it turns out... they have many great Yelp reviews. I am not surprised! Please know you will be taken care of here no matter what your auto needs may be. The store looked immaculately clean and organized. And with so much inventory. This store is a gift to the community. I did take a minute to snap a couple of photos!;)

I'm not a mechanic so I don't need auto parts very often, but when I do need anything... this is where I go. The sales associates are more than just sales associates they're extremely helpful and knowledgeable and go out of their way to help me every time. I can always count on them to steer me in the right direction. I realized tonight that I had a headlight out. I stopped at the O'Reilly's on Fair Oaks Blvd in Carmichael to get a new bulb. Not that I had any idea what I needed or how to put it on my car, because I was clueless. They greeted me as I came in with a friendly smile. I told him what kind of car I have and what I needed. They had a price for me and the bulb I needed within a couple minutes. While I was paying for the bulb, the nice man that worked there was outside installing the new bulb for me at no cost. This isn't the first time they've helped me actually put the part that I bought in my vehicle. With people like this that are so helpful and knowledgeable... Why would I go anywhere else? I've probably been to this location at least 10 times over the years and have always had an excellent experience.

I had it towed straight to Les Schwab since I'd always heard they were one of the best in the business. The team greeted me right away and got to assessing the damage quickly. Only catch: my tire size is a specific one - 275/40R21, Continental CrossContact RX - and they didn't have it in stock. By the time we figured that out it was already 11 a.m., and I honestly thought there was no way I'd be driving out of there that same day. They proved me wrong. They got the tire special-ordered, delivered, and installed, all by that afternoon. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, fast, and clearly cared about getting me back on the road. This is exactly the kind of service that makes a business stand out - they turned what could've been a multi-day headache into a same-day fix. Highly recommend. If you need tires and want a team that'll actually go the extra mile, this is the place.
