I've never known a company not to move furniture. When he entered my house and saw furniture he could've said something at that point which he did not. Also, my husband offered to help him move anything and he still chose not to address the fact that he did not move furniture in order to clean a carpet appropriately. My husband walked him through each room and noted the closets. I also told him we had 3 closets in our initial phone conversation as he asked me how big each one was. He has cleaned enough carpets to know that each bedroom has a closet as required to be considered a bedroom. 3 bedrooms, 3 closets! He just did not clean the master bedroom closet. When my husband said something to him he said he was running late for his next job. Instead he knocked off a few bucks which was not acceptable as we'd rather get what we thought we were paying for than save $5! This is copied from HIS website. Apparently it's false advertising! Beware that if the price is cheap there is a reason! From the initial conversation through the conclusion of the cleaning we make "customer service" a priority! If you're not completely satisfied with your cleaning we'll come and clean again.

There were a few different blood stains on it so I used a cleaner made for upholstery, and although it cleaned the blood stains, it dried leaving several soap rings. It looked horrible! So last Sunday, I decided to find someone to see if they could clean it for me using the Yelp app. Several people responded, but what I liked best about Jack is that he told me he didn't feel right charging me his minimum for what he considered a small job, so he would also clean my rug, which was fine with me. He was $60 less than the other quotes that I received, and he was super quick in scheduling an appointment. We set an appointment for two days later because Monday was a holiday, and he arrived on time. He explained everything upfront, and made suggestions, and was very open minded with what I wanted to accomplish. As you can see from the pictures, he did a great job! I feel like I have a brand new couch and a brand new rug! I was actually looking for other things in my house for him to clean, it was that good! I will definitely use again and will refer him to anybody and everybody that I can! Not only that, he was incredibly affordable and saved me from buying a new couch! I'm trying to post all the photos, but for some reason, Yelp isn't posting what I'm trying to post.
