Daniel did a great job. He arrived right on time and called a few minutes before like he said he would. He really knew what he was talking about when he was offering upgrades. He steered us in the right direction letting us know we didn't need a "deep clean" but had the option of the other two- steam & deodorize or shampoo. Since it was our first time, we decided to go with the steam & deodorize and just see what it did. If it was acceptable, we would stick with it but if not, next time we would go for the shampoo. That said, I wish it was more fragrant. The carpets look great but I guess I was assuming they would smell really clean and make the whole house smell fresh- hence "deodorize". Not the case. He was definitely in n out. It was quicker than I can vacuum the rooms! Overall, we are happy with the carpets, I guess next time we will spend the extra $ and go for the shampoo just to get it smelling great!

I have…read morebeen browsing around for a while now trying to find someone to clean my carpets that was affordable, reliable and available when I was able to be home. I wondered, should I call a large corporation? Browse through the Clipper magazine to find one of those 'price may vary' coupons? I decided to turn to Yelp instead. I requested a quote through Yelp and the owner, Yaniv, messaged me back nearly instantly with pricing and even offered to honor a Groupon for $39 that I had found for two rooms and a hallway. I was able to schedule an appointment without having to call (this is huge for me when it comes to convenience!). My technician, Danny, was fantastic!! Huge kudos to him for everything he did. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He explained everything to me and told me about the different offerings that they had but did not push to up sell me (this is also super important when I choose a company). He cleaned my upstairs bedrooms and hallway quickly but efficiently. I have had a large carpet stain in my hallway since I moved into my home 6 years ago and it tracks into my spare bedroom. No idea what the heck it was but I never expected it to be taken care of with a lower level of cleaning. Danny got that stain almost completely out and I am extremely impressed with the result!! My carpet looks better than it ever has!! This was the best interaction that I have had with a business in a long time. No pressure, no altered pricing and an honest team of hard working people who deserve your business. I will definitely be using In and Out Steamers again for my carpet cleaning. They also do tile & grout, mattress cleaning, upholstery, air ducts, etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent cleaning job at a fair price. Oh, and don't just go through Groupon...it costs the company money to process these. Just go through the business. They will give you a great deal!

Fast forward to Monday and I get a rescheduling message for the the following day (which I was okay with). The day of service the owner was very nice and friendly, however, after the service I noticed a layer of pet hair still on the carpet. When inquiring about the service I let him know there were pets and even paid for an extra service to get out pet odor. I reached out to him about this and got ghosted about the matter. The cleaning of the rug itself is okay, he spent more time setting up the equipment than actually cleaning the rug. Overall I don't think it's worth the money.

He was on time and completed the cleaning as scheduled. We had some very old stains that remained after the cleaning, but overall we were pretty happy. Several of the stubborn stains went away (I think it may have been due to the cleaning product he used).

I am now a repeat customer of Summit Carpet Cleaning. They do a great job, never overcharge, and…read morenever try to upsell. We have 5 pets and a sometimes messy kid and every other carpet cleaning company always starts out around $100 and then tries to get me to spend over $300 because of pets, and "problem areas" which are just discoloration because I almost never use chemicals to clean up messes. I have a small hand-held cleaner that I use without adding the cleaning agent for bigger messes and just water and rags for little stuff. Then I call a carpet cleaning company every 4-6 months. This is how I've been taught to take care of pet messes. With other companies, when I refuse the upsell, the cleaning tech does an extremely poor job and leaves with the carpets not properly cleaned. Summit is usually about $150 depending on how many rooms I need cleaned, and they take their time to make sure it is done right. If there really is a need for an additional service, he will mention it, but if I refuse, he still tries his best to go over the area a few extra times and do the best job he can within the services I am paying for. To be honest, if I could leave a 4.5-star review here, I would. They definitely do a good job, better than anyone else I've used (and I've used a lot), but if your feeling get hurt, they may not be the right cleaners for you. He always lets me know what is wrong, what stinks, what needs to just be replaced, and what simply can't be cleaned. He is blunt. I appreciate the honesty, but some people may get offended.
