Absolutely the BEST flooring company in business!…read more Rogelio and his team are amazing and perform great work! My first experience with their flooring installation was in 2023. I needed about 800 SF of Vinyl plank flooring installed in my home in Westchester. The installation was professional and precise while paying close attention to all details. Also, super fast. It only took about 2.5 days total. The quality of the work is incredible! My father-n-law recently decided to redo the flooring in his home as well. I told him to look no further and only contact Rogelio/Gentlemen's Flooring. Of course, Rogelio provided a very reasonable estimate and began the work within a few days. The floors (also vinyl plank) came out amazing, and my father-in-law is SUPER happy with the work. (He can be very picky )! Rogelio and his team are kind, professional, dependable, courteous, reliable, quick, and trustworthy. You simply can't ask for more. If I could rate 10, 20, or 100 stars, I would! Thank you Gentlemen's Flooring/Rogelio for everything! As mentioned, you are THE BEST! ****(Note, this review was hand-typed by a real customer and NOT created using A/I or ChatGPT).

My fabulous experience began right after I found South Bay Carpets and Hardwood Floors on Yelp and…read morerequested a consultation. They were the only company to respond quickly and show up to take measurements. Then we made an appointment to meet in the showroom, where Joshua very knowledgeably directed us to the options that met our needs. We had some timing issues and they remained flexible. The installation team showed up on time and ready to work. When an issue was identified with our subflooring on our stairs, South Bar Carpets sent out their wood specialist, who checked each stair to ensure it was structurally sound and discussed our options for remediating stains. He could have easily told us the stairs needed to be replaced (a hefty price), so I really appreciated his honesty! We treated the stairs ourselves following everyone's advice, then the installation team returned just when they said they would to finish the job. They were polite, helpful, efficient and did their best to contain the mess. Highly recommend. I love our new carpeting!

I hate writing reviews like this because I try to support local businesses, but this experience was…read moreunacceptable. I submitted a request through Yelp on a Friday evening. I received an immediate canned response that clearly wasn't based on anything I wrote or the photo I submitted. It even included a note about ignoring outreach from other companies. The next message invited me to call Joshua Diaz-Blanks, so I did. My call went to voicemail, I left a message, and I never heard back despite calling during their posted business hours on Saturday. Before they closed on Saturday, I texted Joshua. His response was that his grandmother was in the hospital and might not make it. I was sympathetic, offered prayers, and told him we could reconnect Monday or later if he needed more time. Then nothing. No follow-up, no update, no communication at all. On Monday, I walked into Banner Carpets on Artesia instead and purchased what I needed. It was a small $1,300 job, but small jobs add up and reliable service matters. This was handled very poorly, Joshua. I truly hope your grandmother recovers, and if her time is up, I wish her peace. But using a family emergency to excuse basic lack of communication is not professionalism. At some point, adulting is tough, but following through on what you promise is part of running a business. Amateur experience and extremely off-putting. One star Disclaimer: Do not call, text, email, or message me on Yelp regarding this review. I do not want further contact from this business. FOLLOW UP: Joshua texted me to discuss, then went to ChatGPT to craft a garbage response. You decide, I'm a liar and my review is nonsense? So disrespectful to me... 0 stars.

Long story short- my partner did a super botched job…read moreinstalling my floors a few years ago (just in case he's reading this, you tried your best but I'm sorry- ya did a bad job.) Came to Yelp to get some quotes and super happy I went with Interior Flooring Solutions! Here's why: 1. Quick service. Ruben replied to my inquiry immediately and we were able to schedule my free estimate (he was on time for my estimate). Something to note and why the quickness is appreciated- my work room is pretty small so obviously I'm aware my job wouldn't be a huge money maker (just being honest here, lol). With that being said, I was still treated like a valued customer with how eager he was to respond to my inquiry and take me on as a client. Also, I was turned down by a few companies since my room is small. 2. Once again, QUICK SERVICE! After my estimate, his team was able to work on my room within the next few days! We scheduled a time and they were actually there early! I still can't believe I finally found contractors who actually show up on time. A lot of times I've worked with contractors for various things and they are never on time or reschedule last minute. I'm super grateful to this company for being punctual. Lastly, they finished my flooring really fast. 3. Great quality. My floor looks amazing. When the team finished, they waited for me to inspect which is also appreciated. 4. Fair pricing. I'm happy with what I spent for my floors. To summarize: Swift service, great quality work, worth the money, and Ruben is just a really nice guy. You won't be disappointed with him and his team's services.

The selection of floors in store is huge, and William was able to get to work and do our whole house in 1.5 weeks. We got another quote from another vendor and there was no competition. William was able to provide flooring materials that were much more to our taste, at a higher spec (AC5 vs AC4), and included much more thorough work (a complete demo vs partial, handrails, and others) that the other vendor either didn't include and/or wasn't able to do.

Since…read moreit's in the main part of the house, I really wanted the repair to match the original flooring as closely as possible. I texted Paul some pictures, and he was able to give me a quote over the phone. Once I agreed to move forward, he got me scheduled pretty quickly. Luis came out and explained what needed to be done. Since the original composite floor panels are no longer made, he had to cut individual pieces of white oak to match the exact size and keep the original look of the panels. You could tell a lot of time and care went into it. After carefully piecing everything together, he sanded and finished it to match the original color of the floor. Honestly, when it was done, I could not tell the difference. The repair blended in perfectly with the original floor. Really impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. I'd definitely recommend Paul's Wood Flooring.
