After having an estimate done for our living room, dining room, stairs and upstairs hallway, we set a date for the installation. On the morning of the installation, they didn't show up. When we called, they said that we didn't pay the entire amount up front (even though we paid the deposit and the order said COD - cash on delivery). They rescheduled for the next day and when the installer arrived, he immediately identified that there was not enough carpet to finish the job. And his work order said nothing about the upstairs. (The installer and his assistant were pleasant, hard-working and efficient.) So we had to reschedule to have the work we requested done, because the owner/manager had mismeasured and/or screwed the order up. That occurred the following weekend. The agreed-upon start time of 9 AM came and went, and the new installers finally showed up in the afternoon. A job that should have been completed sometime on the first Friday didn't get finished until the following weekend, Saturday evening. Carpetland butchered this order from the onset. Thank goodness the contractors were competent.

I said I need to know if the flooring is in so we can get things moved out. Still would not answer. I already took out the vanity from the bathroom when they first said 10 days. I have now been without a sink in the bathroom for almost a month. All 3 calls I pushed for an answer and they would just say " I'll check and call you back', not once have they called me back. I wish I could get my money back. I will never ever shop there again. Absolutely miserable experience.

One of the contractors ripped a wall while removing the baseboard, I had to pay for the repairs!!! Miller's flooring did not want to hear about that. To put it in a nutshell, this was an horrible experience with absolutely no communication from the company. A contractor came one day to the house and did not even know what he was supposed to do!!! What is that supposed to mean... I will let the reader of this review make his or her own mind. In the end, the project is not even finished but I still had to pay a full bill despite all the drawbacks and problems created by this company.
