My…read morecurrent information on being a student at Tech is not posted on my Google page nor my Yelp page, meaning the owner also had time to go out of his way to find that information elsewhere & sought to include that in his response to my review as a means of intimidation. I would absolutely not trust this company nor its owner to handle anything in a professional manner. No call no show. This is the fourth time I've used Lubbock Cleaning Solutions & every time there is always a problem in getting them here. Usually the excuse is that they "got lost" on the way to my home, but nowhere in Lubbock takes two hours to get to. This time, however, after they did not show up at all, I received no response to the numerous calls, voicemails, & texts I sent to the number that was perfectly responsive two weeks ago when I made the appointment. I am completely bewildered that a company like this can still do business. Do not let them waste your time like they have mine.

We needed our carpets cleaned for a move out: living space and three bedrooms. The entire process…read moreonly took an hour, and the results were great. One bedroom had severe spot issues with cat vomit and smell, and they cleaned it efficiently and got most of the smell out of all the carpets. The total price was $338, extremely reasonable for four rooms with cleaning, vacuuming, and deodorizing. They even provided a complementary pet deodorizer for our new residence! Before arriving, I received a phone call letting me know the technician was on the way. I also received a text message with a photo of the technician and a bit of background information. This way, I knew who to expect and he wasn't quite a stranger when he arrived. Both the technician and his partner introduced themselves and shook my hand upon arrival, and asked me to explain the situation and show them the rooms. After a quick survey and conversation, they explained the steps they would take to clean the carpets. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I will call Carpet Tech any time I need a carpet cleaning in the future.

I used Oxi Fresh at my condo in Dallas and they were great. Have always used another company here…read morein Lubbock but decided to compare prices. Oxi was considerably cheaper. So I gave them a try. Professional young man came out promptly. As he was cleaning two rocking chairs in my bedroom as well as the carpets , he asked if he could move them to my bathroom to be closer to the water. I agreed. Next thing I know he has all chairs in dining room and office in my hallway. My game chairs and another chair in living room were moved to den on hardwood floor. He was quite speedy in cleaning two bedrooms, dining room, office and living room. I was able to look at all of the rooms except for the bedrooms without walking on the carpet. They looked great. I wrtoe check and the young man quickly left without moving furniture back After letting carpets dry for an hour I walked into master bedroom to find spots all over the floor that had not been cleaned and the chairs were still in the bathroom. The other bedroom still had spot in it. I immediately called to have him come back. He was NOT professional or polite this time. He brought an iron and a wash cloth in with a rag to clean my spots. Couldn't get them up. I asked him to put furniture back as my husband is in his late 70 s and was on a heating pad because of his bad back. He moved the two rocking chairs and said he had to put the iron up as it was hot. He walked out the front door leaving it wide open, got in his truck without a word and drove off leaving me with 15 chairs to move back. When I called the owner he apologized but that was it! Do I recommend them? No way! I now have to call my company that I have always used and get them to come clean. Just wasted time and money plus broke my back moving furniture
