I was going to install new floors by myself in the house we are trying to sell and I completely…read moreunderestimated how long it would take me alone. So as the deadline slowly creeped up I panicked. I grabbed the phone and called Sotelo. These guys came by to check the house the same day, sent me an estimate that evening and began the next morning. They worked 12-14 hour days 4 days straight to finish my house in time for listing. They were extremely polite and helpful, even offering to help me move furniture around the house when it was too heavy for me to do alone. I can tell you how impressed I was with their work ethic and the final product. I found a couple spots that needed adjustments and without complaint or hesitation they jumped right on it. I know what a hard job it was and how stressful it had to be for them with the time constraints but they guys were above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I will NEVER try to do flooring alone again. I'm calling this company every time!
