Reinel was the person who came highly recommended by others and he did not disappoint. Texts and emails were always met with quick replies. It wasn't long before he came over to do a quick peak and was able to provide a realistic overview of what needed to be done. He was patient and was able to provide a nice array of carpet samples, while answering all the questions. He was able to arrange a carpet installation with memory foam for several rooms on additional levels while handling the dated hardwood floors on the lower level. It was a nearly 7k job after it was said and done and his team was in and out of the place within 48 hours. The end result is impressive. My guests appreciate the bounciness of the carpet and the repaired hardwood floors. Payment was done via a cash transfer and Reinel seemed to be flexible with the payment options. While it feels like a premium job for obvious reasons, I value quality service and execution, which is what I ultimately got by hiring Floor Coverings International.

The crew did an awesome job and were able to integrate the new flooring without the need for transition strips. Their tile work was exceptional as well. I have a lot of antiques (with original mirrors) and they handled everything carefully. No nicks or scratches in anything. The workers showed up on time every day (originally 4-day job), they were courteous, helpful and friendly. Very hard workers in 90 degree temperatures; they finished the job 1-day early. Excellent! The second job was carpet in about a 500 sq. ft. area. The fellows showed up as scheduled. They were pleasant, clean, careful with my antiques. They completed the job in 3.5 hours, and the carpet looks fabulous. On both jobs the crews moved all the large pieces of furniture for us w/o one complaint. We now need carpet in another area of the house and we definitely have plans to call them...in fact, they've clued us in on a manufacturer's sale in the fall so we can take full advantage of a great discount. Lakeside's prices are quite reasonable. We got other bids on the laminate and Lakeside was $1K lower than the others.
