Classes are run by good and dedicated instructors. Unlike large corporate gyms this place makes you want to go. In my case, it has kept me physically fit as it feels like it is your own private gym. Open any time that you're ready to go. The staff has always maintained a friendly and helpful atmosphere and are there if you need them. Did I mention that I'm a fit 84 and my wife is 80. She maintains fitness due in large part to the excellent (highly aerobic) Zumba classes and instructors. I have maintained my weight, aerobic and flexibility training with regular use of the diverse equipment and this has allowed me to "Keep the Old Man Out." Unlike many gym experiences, I look forward to going. Did I mention that we love the place?!

Plenty of heavy dumbbells and kettle bells and an assortment of balls and other yoga/cross training equipment. If I could change 1 thing I would make this place bigger. But as it stands the place is really awesome. The only gym in roseville / rocklin that is better (equipment and price) is probably golds off auburn Blvd.

The gym features state of the art equipment plus equipment for 'boot-camp' style conditioning as well as classes in nutrition, jui-jitsu, boxing and a complete cardio section. In my six months in Auburn before returning to Colorado, I, at age 57 was able to lose 41 lbs and add roughly ten pounds of muscle. When I needed help or motivation Titan and his staff were alway willing and available. I also appreciated the fact the gym was squeaky clean at all times.
