I called Bruce and he had guys over later that week to save our doors and drawers. He very also very kindly stored all of them for us for months while we remediated the mold and repaired our walls. His quote to rebuild the scaffold of the closet was very fair, and the re-installed closet looks great once again! This is a great local small business. If you are in the market for closets, and want to shop local, I highly recommend.

After waiting for half an hour, I called the company myself and was then told that they don't service my area for smaller projects. I completely understand if my project isn't a good fit for the company, but this should have been communicated when the appointment was made, or at the very least sometime during the two weeks we were waiting for the consultation. We cleared our schedule specifically for this appointment, so it was very disappointing and unprofessional to be left waiting with no notice. A simple phone call ahead of time would have avoided the inconvenience.

It's hard finding people who do it all: good work, good materials, reasonable pricing AND great communication. Also PATIENCE. And I need that because I ask a lot of questions and I worry a lot but Jayson never was impatient or abrupt or too busy. Here are pics from the remodeling of the small kitchen in my 75-year-old, 750 sq ft. home. Kitchen looks way bigger now and is MUCH more functional. Previously there was a lot of dead space. I wish I had before pix! I didn't think to take any. I do, however, have one pic of the old laundry area off the kitchen and so am including that.

We recently completed our second project with Israel and his team…read more Our first project together was our office renovation, and we had such a positive experience with the team that we decided to move forward with a full kitchen remodel, which was obviously a much bigger and more detailed project. Like any major renovation, there were definitely moments of stress, miscommunication, and unexpected issues along the way. I think people should go into any remodel understanding that no large project is ever completely perfect. What mattered to us was that Israel and his team consistently tried to work through concerns, accommodate requests, and make things right when issues came up. One thing I especially appreciated was the patience from the team during the finishing stage. They were willing to listen, adjust details, and help troubleshoot things. That kind of attitude matters a lot during a renovation because there are always small things that come up after living in the space. In the end, our kitchen turned out beautiful, and you can tell a lot of care and hard work went into it. We're grateful for the effort the team put into our home and appreciate everything they did to bring the project to life.
