I was able to return the following day for part one of that deep cleaning without fear and trepidation. Tony was awesome and got the job done with no needles in my mouth and very little pain or discomfort. I sincerely appreciate how the staff accomodated me. After suffering from Lingual Nerve Damage over a decade ago, I was so deadset against any deep cleaning and hadn't allowed any dentist to even suggest it since. Dr Jones explained the way the rules and regulations trickle down and how insurance companies view procedures. He did so in simple language that I could understand and then suggested the topical anesthetic over a needle injection for the deep clean. I can't express how much that negated the fear in my mind. So of course I have to see them late on a pay day because I know I would have to pay upfront right there & then. The lady before the FNPC check up was super kind and I wish the FNPC was a nice as she was. And taken me seriously like she did. Idk I just got that vibe that I wasn't being taken seriously & had a strong feeling that I wasted her time. Not to mention only excused me for one day. Just because my symptoms cleared didn't mean I was okay the 3days before. Then again I remembered this is a Nurse practitioner so I guess I should expect that. Yeah I'm definitely not coming back here at all.

The front office staff were so wonderful and patient about my insurance and having to reschedule my appointment twice. When I finally had my appointment I was a little nervous. Destiny who did my x-rays and cleaning was so nice and gentle. She understood that I was nervous and gave me positive words and reinforcement that I was doing well. This continued with Dr. Brooks as he listened tot my concerns and checked everything out! He said that I was doing well with brushing and flossing and that they will keep an eye on a couple of tight contact areas. However, they aren't the kind of dentist office you see on TV where they have any amenities (no headphones, cutesy stuff). This is bare bones in my opinion. I had some work done (emergency type) and they did good. Saw me for follow up, but because oral surgeon not there very much I had to drive to other locations for that. My main complaint is these types of dental or eye or cosmetic procedure type establishments is that they feel VERY sell-y, with staff whose only job or is is toget you to commit $$ or open credit accounts so they can commit you to things and amounts you may not be interested in. Be cautious with your wallet here and know that if you tell them it's not in your current budget they'll pressure you like you went to a timeshare pitch in a Vegas hotel.

I've been going here for over 4 years so can tell you the above is a reflection of a long relationship with this dental office and I have always been satisfied with their services and staff!

Dr. Wells refused to speak with me on the phone, and his office manager Angelica told me the only way they would pay for it was for me to travel back to Arizona. Worst customer service ever.
