My first time in 2017, I didn't even drink my wine as to I was too concentrated on my painting! And that one was a masterpiece too. And tonight, was my time to SHINE AGAIN! I needed some "MEENA TIME" and while searching for Sacramento events, up came "Painting and Vino". Now, there is NO WINE at the event despite the name and they make that clear before booking. So please read before buying your ticket! BUT you're more than welcome to bring your own Vino and snacks!! Tonight Painting n Vino was held at, "Crystal Vibez" in Sacramento and hosted by the Sweet Wonderful Kathy!! She was the most nicest, kindest art instructor and she has so much patience! She showed us to paint a sunset overlooking an island. And she went step by step with what brushes, strokes, color blending and all to do! And a few hours later my masterpiece was born! And I made some new friends while painting away! You must sign up for a class, it's so much fun! And you meet all kinds of fun people and the best part is seeing everyone's masterpieces at the end! I would Definately join these classes again! Cookie class was $50 per person and came with everything you need and you take home the 4 cookies you decorate!

I bought my ticket online and got to pick out my seat. I don't recommend the seat I got. It's at the very top next to a wall. I thought it would be more open. They did have a snack bar. I had never been to the Roseville theater before it was pretty nice to check it out. I love older buildings, so walking into this building was exciting for me to look at everything, the decor that older feel ! The play we watch was called Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day! The play was excellent. The performance was beyond good all the kids loved it . I really enjoyed also . The singing and the acting was very good for a small theater in Roseville. They are very talented. On the way out I seen that they have more plays coming like a SpongeBob musical .I would definitely want to come back with my other son and my husband to check it out. I seen that they had a snack bar. It was not open at the time of the field trip but I'm assuming it is for regular plays so that would be nice to check out. . Overall, it was a fun time. My son had never been to a theater or seen a play before, so it was fun to experience that with him.! I would like to come back and enjoy with the rest of my family and try out the food. Every year the children gain more confidence structure and knowledge in dance, acro , and ballet. I'm an adult and I envy these classes . I would love to take dance . "Word up" about buying tickets: do NOT buy the floor (white) seats UNLESS you can get the front row. The seats behind the very front row have NO view, and the people in front of you in this section who used their cell phones to record ABOVE their heads blocked our view even further. We were straining our necks, and bobbing left and right just to to try to see a few kiddos in each of the performances. It was further frustrating to be additionally blocked by these people in front of us who were holding their cell phones up above their heads. Why are people so thoughtless? The director CLEARLY stated "no cell phone recording", but these people felt entitled to do as they pleased and to heck with those of us behind them . What a great dance school, and WOW, such talented kiddos! We'll return again, but we'll make sure to book better seats for sure next time.

I booked a birthday party for my 12 year old here. The facility was very clean and accommodating…read more(we had 7 kids in our group). Our party was on a Friday night at 7pm and we were lucky enough to have the entire building to ourselves that night. The bathroom was clean. The vr headsets were clean and properly sanitized after each kid took a turn playing. Seemed like there was a good variety of games for the kids to choose from. While 4 kids played using the vr headsets, the other 3 kids were still entertained by playing video games on a switch. The staff, (Harley and RJ) were great. They were professional, very knowledgeable, polite, and courteous. Their explanations on how to use the vr sets were clear and easy for the kids to understand. They made themselves available for questions and assistance during gaming. My kids loved them. They said "The workers were goated. The girl was lit! She kept roasting our friend Lennox and it was funny! And the guy was chill. He kept giving w (winning) tips! " There were a few board games there (Operation, Connect 4, Uno and a few others) and Harley offered to play a board game with my 6 year old who wasn't participating in the gaming experience. That was very nice of her. I would recommend this place and would definitely take my kids there again.

This review is for a 10-year-old's birthday party with eight kids, including the birthday boy…read more We actually discovered Heroes VR by chance while driving past it. We hadn't planned on a VR birthday party, but after a quick Google search and some price comparisons with other birthday options for a 10-year-old, we found it to be very reasonably priced for what was offered. Since we weren't sure what to expect, I called and spoke with a woman who provided clear, detailed, and knowledgeable information about the party options and how the timeline would work. We ended up booking a 4-8 person party starting at 10:15 a.m. without food (though we later ordered two pizzas through them because I got lazy). On the day of the party, we arrived at 10:00 a.m. and were greeted by two friendly staff members who walked us through the plan. The kids were split into groups of four and had two 30-minute VR sessions, followed by a pizza break, and then two more 30-minute sessions. Everything ran smoothly and exactly as described. Since it wasn't busy, they even let the birthday boy have a little extra time so he could play with all seven of his friends at least once. During downtime, the kids could also play on a Nintendo Switch they had available. At the end, the birthday boy got to do a special "walk the plank" experience while his friends watched, and the staff was flexible and accommodating when it came time for cupcakes. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience for both the kids and the parents. The staff made everything easy and stress-free. We'll definitely be back to try it again as a family.
