I've been coming here for nearly 20 years, and unfortunately, it's gone downhill fast under the new…read moreownership. This used to be a reliable, reasonably clean place where you could at least count on getting your laundry done without hassle. That's no longer the case. While they've added things like free dryers and a dog wash station, the overall operation and cleanliness have clearly taken a backseat. The facility was in rough condition--glass in the parking lot, trash, socks, and random clothing items scattered across the floors. Several machines were out of order, and others were tied up with unattended loads, which made it difficult just to get in and out. I had to wait far longer than expected just to dry blankets. The washers had a noticeable sewer smell, and many detergent/softener compartments were clogged. When I asked about it, I was told to just put softener in the detergent slot--which says a lot about the level of maintenance and care happening here. Even the dog wash station raises concerns. One of my dog's nails got caught in the grate and split painfully. I reported it, but nothing has been fixed since. The previous owners weren't perfect, but this level of decline is noticeable. I'm disappointed to say I won't be returning. I had high hopes for the new ownership, but there's a clear need for better upkeep, safety, and overall management. Do better.

When I picked up the dress and looked it over, I was very pleased. I will use the cleaners again. I've already told my brother about the location and the service that I received. I had previously taken it to Gigantic cleaners in Arvada at Independence and 57th to get steamed for my son's wedding. This dress had NEVER been worn and when I picked it up the day before the wedding the dress was badly stained, food on the sleeve grease marks across the front of the dress, black spots, red spots, some sort of liquid stain on the bottom back of the dress. She was the only cleaner that even seemed to care about the urgency of the situation and did a beautiful job! Thank you so much Sandy!!!

Ohhhhh boy! This place is a real doozy! Is it possible to give this place negative stars?…read more Business is supposed to open at 9am on a Monday...the owner opened doors 20 minutes later. It gets worse. I left a voicemail asking her to call me when it was 15 after the start of business and she didn't. When I went in, told her I had a child in the car. She couldn't find the order, even with the ticket in her hand. She found it by last name and said, oh! This is a biiiiiiig order, it won't be ready until noon. Miffed at her lack of promptness and inability to locate the order on top of it not being ready, I left. I later asked her what a big order constituted and she said $50. I said, really? It had nothing to do with the specific or amount of pieces?!? She said, well it does, but couldn't elaborate. My husband called at 9:45 saying she called him and the order was READY. What happened to it not being ready until after noon?? I went back at 3pm. She told me I had to pay with check or cash. No credit card. She apologized and said she hoped my husband would have let me know. She said that she noticed i was going to pay with a Reddit card the first time and she forgot to tell me. She could have told me as I was leaving. I asked how long she had been in business for... 25 years. Maybe this kind of service flies in her neck of the woods... I returned and put her on the spot because she basically made my husband believe the form of payment was the reason she didn't have the order ready. She said she didn't want to inconvenience me and wake the baby. I told her the baby is not her concern and that she inconvenienced me because I had to go to her podunk shop 3 times in one day. She then said, "I apologize for being late, but I had to run errands." I asked her if she was the owner - she said she does it all, clean, open, etc. I let her know the basics of business 101: As a customer, I don't care about your errands. You have clients that expect you to be open when your sign claims you to be open; for a service to be completed when you say it will be done. Don't lie to clients because when they find out, they will do anything they can to make sure people know your ethics or lack there of. She said she's been slammed ever since the other cleaner in Arvada closed. I said, Good luck - you're gonna need it. We are all about supporting small business, but small doesn't have to be sub par. We hope a savvy cleaner will move into this hood... Someone who went to business school and excelled.

Terry and the new manager Jackie have increased this business substantially!…read moreJackie took over as manager this summer (approximately) and CLEANED the place up. Now running more efficiently. Both Jackie and Terry are very helpful and kind. One item I found very disturbing; the owners allow the small children to run amuck. Although there is a designated area for children, around Service dogs this is extremely inappropriate! I almost reported them to the ADA officials and decided simply to use another place since laundry mats were going to be a short period in my life. one small child ran at my Service, of course she will bark, Service are never to be Looked At, Spoken to, Never petted nor assaulted in any manner. This is an ADA legality. The mother complained to Jackie about the one bark from my service who was laying on her blanket, then the two children came from another direction, I told them to leave my Service dog alone, this did not assuage them. My service dog has attend large affairs, small dinners, restaurants, workout at gyms and never has been assaulted several times by other. the same day as my Service dog, laid on her blanket a man turned around and went to pet her, immediately I stated, Do NOT Pet or approach my service dog. The owners took action inappropriately against the ADA law. If one does not care for very young children running around this is NOT the place for you and your laundry. The Laundry mat is well run by Jackie and Terry, there are many machines, and more expensive than other places, however the selection is massive; be aware of the unattended children. They do handle a massive amount of clientele, take in laundry and do perform an excellent job, it is the unattended children I find to be most inappropriate.
