Went to visit Dr. Takase for my skin problem on March. My last visit was about 3 years ago, so just…read morefound out from this time that Dr has passed away and a new doctor takes over the clinic. I was skeptical for the new doctor. But since they have my visit history, I put a hope if she can do something better. Waiting time is way too long which never happened when Dr. Takase was working. The clinic is even older than before and doesn't look cleaned. Finally had the new doctor came talked with me and she had no clue of dermatology. Ended up she prescribed the "same " medication as Dr. Takase did from my last visit. If they are the same medication, my symptoms should have been released. But the medications don't work at all on me. Plus I had a injection which contains steroids. It turned out my butt muscle had a bump for a week then now it turns out to be a dent. Found out because they didn't perform a proper injection also the type of steroids they used. This is didn't happen when Dr. Takase did it. I am so upset and never recommend anyone to visit this clinic !

Don't do what I did and ignore the horrible reviews due to convience. Go somewhere else.

A nurse came right away and did the medical chart so as a doctor as well. After brief examination, they run a CT scan and they did the preparation on her. And more treatments are recommended to me than necessary including lots of optional pill work, which to me is a last option. Also the nurses always seem tired and unpleasant. I wait 40 minutes! for doctor to step into my consulting room. 10-20 before and 40 for him just to come in to talk to me. At that point, I'm just ready to get my consultation over with. The last annoyance was when I sprained my foot and wanted to get it check out by family doctor. I was told that "we don't do that". Ok, no problem!
