Upon getting closer to the door, I learned it's part of Le Bilboquet restaurant on the same block. It wasn't too crowded when I visited on a Tuesday mid-afternoon. Every table except 1 was full, but most people were heading outside on such a beautiful day with their drinks and pastries. The cafe is very cute and French. They have so many pastries I couldn't decide, so I ordered a pain au chocolat and tea. They serve Harney & Sons teas. This is a lovely spot, and I'll return to try more.

We got: - 2 hot chocolates: this was super chocolatey and it came with some milk - which was needed - fruit tart: this was super yummy! I would say this was overpriced for what we got ($33.75).

Big mood: kindness exists! Shoutout to the French waitstaff who instantly brought an extra table for Mr. Solo- talk about next-level hospitality and brainpower. We sipped iced lattes, hot chocolate, and munched on macarons, no food ordered but still got to chill like royalty. So chill, so European-no rush, just good vibes and great service.
