At the end of the exam, he simply stated that we were finished, without offering a prognosis or explanation. I had to ask specifically what was causing the tearing and whether anything was wrong. He then told me there was nothing in the eye except some calcium buildup. His response felt dismissive, and he appeared slightly irritated by my continued concern, which I found surprising given the duration and persistence of the issue. Unsatisfied with this prognosis, I sought a second opinion from another doctor in Bakersfield. That doctor performed a simple test and quickly identified a blockage in the tear drainage from my left eye to my sinuses--something that had been causing the excessive tearing. I am now scheduled for a procedure to correct the issue. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Dr. Fagan for those seeking comprehensive or attentive eye care.

He helps you order your glasses and when you pick them up he makes sure they fit right. He is funny, he remembers you when you come in. I think he looks just like Ashton Kutcher. I've been going to doctors like I said forever and this place exceeds every expectation I had. The office was nice and clean, quite comfortable and I felt like I knew everybody for years the way they treated me was refreshing. Dr. Brian, listen to everything I had concerns about. He addressed them quickly in a timely manner and had all my issues resolved before I left. I will definitely be back and I highly highly recommend if you need glasses or any kind of eye care come to Eagle view to get treated like family. A five star rating is not enough. It's a 20 star rating would be more appropriate.

I had one (who appeared to be a child) help me with ordering glasses. At the end, I had to ask him if he was going to measure for my bifocal line? Then I needed to return them for correction. Very well run comprehensive…read more Not just an optometrist- normal eye care and takes care of the standard glasses, contacts type stuff - but also, one of the few Ophthalmologist in the Antelope Valley. Last year, an accident destroyed my vision in my right eye-- after emergency surgery and a couple days at UCLA medical center, I needed a local ophthalmologist and found out they were few and far between. After over an hour in a waiting room in Ridgecrest, I was told I'd be there another 6+ hours- they were that unprofessional. I left Ridgecrest very frustrated and found Dr. Optowski. I'm very glad I found these people. Very professional, well run, clean and very well decorated office; All throughout the office are photos of some of the amazing aviation the AV is known for- starting with a mind blowing photo of an SR71 signed by many of the ground and flight crews of this Skunk Works marvel. Highly recommended, these people really are top notch, a credit to their profession.

Dr. Pham spent the time to get to know my eye health history and explore any concerns I had. She provided an excellent and thorough eye exam experience. The whole staff is very helpful and friendly. Alexia, who did the begin portion of my eye exam, was attentive and nice to visit with. Agnis helped me explore their selection of glasses, and while I didn't end up buying a pair she was very kind. As usually upon walking in you are greeted with a friendly smile and hello which is always a plus for customer service. We were given trays for our glasses while they checked on our coverage. They have a very nice selection of men and women glasses. We are always pleased with this business. Agnes is very nice and helpful... she was able to help myself and my husband with our selection process. After finding the glasses we both liked CeCe also very nice and helpful came over to assist us and everything went smoothly. We were able to both get the glasses we liked and Agnes help my husband with his old pair we purchased from them years ago.
