Only giving it four stars because it was quit pricey. We got an appetizer, two entrees and four beers and our bill was $100 lol. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and probably would come back but not eat next time around! Really neat outdoor indoor patio setting and dogs are allowed!
I have to say that the food was great. My daughter and I went here to have lunch because I wanted to try something new. With that being said I have to say this: at this price point I feel that I should've had a waiter, should not have had to go all the way inside to the bar to get my drinks and refills and most importantly shouldn't have to had to wait over an hour to get my food. This place is a whole vibe. Just a few changes could make this place 4 stars easily. Also the auto gratuity actually messed up the tip that would've been left if everything went smoothly.
Hello fellow Yelpers! I've been away for a while, but I'm back!! So I was turned on to this new hipster joint in the industrial area. At first glance it looks a bit daunting, tucked into a hill. As you walk to the door the first thing you see thru a window to the right is the kitchen. Very clean and well organized. You're met at the door by one of the staff with a great smile and directed to a table. The libations ordered and brought to us in record time along with appetizers. Sorry, no pics (they were devoured instantly). The burgers were cooked perfectly. A very good experience at this restaurant all in all, good vibes, layed back atmosphere and good food. What more can you ask for?
Amazing food and service with an incredible ambiance and environment. Special events like concerts and live performances. We happened to come during the juneteenth celebration.
My friend and I went here for the Turkey legs specifically and we were not at all disappointed. It was plenty to eat and the flavor was not lacking at all. I was pleased. I highly recommend it.
This spot is new to the Downtown area! The structure of it is so unique. When you walk up to it, you will be surprised to see what is on the inside. It is the coolest sports bar that I have seen. The patio/backyard area was the feature that really got me. It is a very eclectic area that has it's own separate bar that you can order from. On to the food, It was soooooo good! They had a promotion going on for Memphis Burger week. I had the Carolina Burger combo and it was delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection. The drink I ordered was good as well. Y'all be sure to give them a try!
While visiting the Civil Rights Museum, upon leaving stopped to get a few turkey legs. Ordered 2 turkey bowls, Momma's Spinach and Auntie's Mac and Cheese bowls. Out of the two the mamas mac & cheese bowl was the best with Tennessee whiskey glaze. The spinach casserole bowl was a bit salty and quite a bit of spinach for my taste. The seasoned fries were very good. The business is large and clean. Not much business on a Tuesday, mid day so I was happy to see them open. There is spoken word at 7:30p so nice to see entertainment is back and alive. Appetizers and pizza also available. I would recommend because the turkey was tender and tasty.
We had the 901 Turkey Leg and the Spinach Casserole. Both were good. The food could be served a little hotter. The temperature of the turkey leg wasn't to my liking. This is a cool spot to hang out though. They have a pretty nice bar area on the inside and lots of outdoor seating. You can walk up the steps and enjoy the field area. There was a serious softball game going on when I was there. You can also bring your dog with you too.

Like taking an old silo & converting it into a fun (yet small indoor eating) place. + LOVE THE OUTDOOR AREA! Includes plenty of covered tables, stage for live music, games (like corn hole & ax throwing -a great game with alcohol, right? -LOL!) & even a small WATERFALL! +Great place for after-work or other socials (outdoors -when Memphis weather is good). +Eating inside the silo is also unique -very cool ... but not ideal for large groups. They have tables for 4, but that is not ideal. + FOOD -most things I enjoy. Over the years the menu has changed themes. Currently a "turkey" theme seems to be featured. +Memphis themed food names are funny. +Selection of local beers on tap. +People. Coming here for many years & everyone is always friendly & inviting +Music. There is always something jamming on the speakers that has my body swaying as I eat. +Clean. Never had any issues. Bathrooms are a bit small, but clean. +Free / Ample parking. Cons: Nothing really to complain about. Simply note: -Small parking challenge. If crowded, you may have to parallel park next to a wall (passengers must get out first). -Inside is really a "cool" design. I love it -eating in a silo. Yet, it is small. You will be close to others & you can hear everyone's conversation (BE WARNED! LOL) -Hours. No longer open for lunch most weekdays. Check their schedule. -Portion Size/ROI. This restaurant has helped to change the fabric of Memphis dining in this part of the downtown area. You park on the street along an industrial strip. When you walk inside, you will see an open and active setting. Tables wrap around the edge of the silo-shaped restaurant with a large circular bar that allows for great people watching. The brunch menu had something for everyone at our table. I got the short rib hash. It was delicious and super filling - like I could make four meals out of my one order. The ambiance is amazing and when the weather warms up a little, the outdoor seating area is going to be an incredible hang out spot! The staff is super pleasant and attentive. The place was packed on their first weekend and I expect it to be packed daily. They even have lunch!

I don't know what to think about this place. Midday, we almost didn't go in because it looked closed. And the two guys behind the counter, while nice, seemed a bit out of it (if ya know what I mean). But back behind the space there was a quite lovely outside area. I guess this is the place to be at night or something? Who knows. We also tried- unsuccessfully- ordering delivery from here previously. Cancelled our order twice because the restaurant hours are all over the place. Anywho, 5-stars for that freakin' turkey leg. Forget all that stuff they want you to add on top. Just have the basic smoked turkey leg by itself. I'm not even exaggerating when I say it's one of the best things you'll ever eat. Visited this nice spot for Reggae Sundays . I enjoyed the live band and meeting new people. The place was PACKED and business was definitely booming . I didn't get a chance to try the food or drinks here due to long wait time but I was able to view/ walk the area. Bar areas was clean and the bathrooms were definitely clean in the establishment read more
We dropped by on a Sunday afternoon and found that brunch was the only option - but the brunch menu was fantastic! Avocado toast was topped with microgreens, bacon, and poached eggs and served with a side of grits. Grits were perfectly done, not drowned in cheese. Biscuits and gravy was so much more: fried potato hash (including greens, peppers, and onions) and scrambled eggs made it a super hearty meal. Beer selection was ample: about a dozen on tap, with several local selections: Wiseacre, Memphis Made, and High Cotton. Prices were reasonable and the space was clean and inviting. The outdoor seating area is really lovely - plenty of tables, both in the sun and in shade. Live music was a nice touch. Everyone was super friendly. read more

My niece from out of town and I visited the watershed. I thought it would be a good place for an afternoon snack for a minor. We were greeted right away and received our drinks promptly. We found some good seats in the shade and received our food in a timely manner. I ordered the pimento cheese for sharing with my niece and she got the burger. I enjoyed the pimento cheese which had a good texture and zing. The accompanying chips were tasty too. She enjoyed her burger. While there, we walked around to visit the attractions on the upper level and played horseshoes and shuffleboard. She was underaged for the axe throwing. Overall, this is a good place for friends, family, and food. read more

This is my second time here. I most recently discovered it when the BlackPrint group had a meet up here. I tried the RedBone Turkey Leg - Buffalo Style with Mac & Cheese. I forgot to get a picture but it was good. My husband & I went today for Sunday brunch but missed the brunch menu. We arrived around 1:30 PM. We ordered from the regular menu and everything was delicious. We also still get mimosas. I enjoy it most for the outdoor set up. It's relaxing and chill, several ppl had dogs with them. We pulled out our laptops and got some weekly planning done as well. read more
I had no idea this little gem existed so close to my apartment. I am so glad I got to visit this awesome place with some of my best friends. This is a calm, peaceful, family environment. In the main court yard there are several waterfalls, a big stage where they have live music, walking trails, and a huge bar outside with chairs all around it. Jamal was the bartender and took super good care of us.. even though we were a rowdy bunch! The food was out of the world! I had the Greek Pizza and also sampled the stuffed Turkey leg with dirty rice and Alabama sauce on the side! Amazing.. I also had them make my special spring drink. Crown Royal Apple, soda water, and a splash of cranberry or pineapple juice. It's crisp and refreshing.. perfect for a nice afternoon cocktail. read more

Cool spot to hangout with friends. Drinks are cold. Nice shade with cool waterfalls. Pretty chill place for a Sunday afternoon. I wouldn't say it's the best hangout in Memphis but I didn't hate it. Not much going on the day I came so that may have something to do with my so so feeling. They have gone to great lengths to make sure you don't feel like you are in the city. So I think it worth a second visit. I think Memphis is cool and this adds to it but doesn't take away. read more

Tonight was a $30 open bar free food. This is what they call an event worth $30 the food was absolutely disgusting. Look at the chicken!!! It's grey and slimy. The fries were covered in salt to the point that they were inedible. The chicken skewers were slimy. The "open bar" was a vodka punch and sangria. The vodka tasted like taaka vodka. The cheapest vodka you can buy and it shows. They only offered these two drink choices that both tasted awful and not worth the money. Carolina watershed fix this!!!! It is not worth the money. I'm so disappointed in them as this place is usually good. read more

One of my favorite places to brunch in Memphis. When the weather is nice I love to bring my dogs and just sit and listen to the water falls while I'm eating. The atmosphere is something you can't really get anywhere else in town. They are only open certain days of the week so check before you go to make sure they are open. The service is always great and they have walk up bars if you just want to grab a drink if there happens to be a wait. My favorite thing on the menu is the chicken and waffles. The waffles melt in my mouth and the chicken pairs so well with the syrup. You have to visit Carolina this spring for brunch! read more
Excellent once again! Mac does a great job running this restaurant. I love the architecture of the restaurant (silos) and the menu theme is even connected to the restaurant's name. Grabbed lunch here with a colleague the other day and it was incredible. I had the turkey & smoked provolone panini with a side of their DELICIOUS Brussel sprouts. The sandwich was hot and meaty. The Brussel sprouts were sautéed in a maple and bacon glaze that made them spectacular. My friend had the Brussel sprouts and cheese grits and said they were both great. read more

Carolina watershed is where we had my class reunion, my class of 99 to be exact. The venue was closed for the night because of the reunion. It was so awesome!! Talk about the food, it was so delicious!! They had axe throwing and pool. Talk about hilarious . read more

Watched the Mississippi State Game here. Food and service were awesome. We had the Avocado Toast, Blackened Catfish wGrits and Yogurt Granola Parfait. These were on their brunch menu. We will come back for lunch or dinner sometime. They have an outdoor area great to bring our dog. . Owners will be adding TV screens outside in the near future. read more

I've been hearing the buzz about this place, so my husband and I decided to take the venture downtown. This funky idea of a watershed, holds true to the gritty vibe of trendy Memphis. We ordered the pork rind Nachos for starters, and found that they we an interesting twist on the typical tortilla. Creative and tasty! The pimento and fried green tomato sandwich is delicious. We loved the outside atmosphere, with a couple of local musicians strumming out some tunes, and the ripple of the waterfall in the background. My only complaint would be; invest in "Mosquito Joes! The poor bartender was being eaten alive and so were we. read more

This was a serious disappointment. First we walked in and it smelled like sewage (10:30am) - more than likely an issue with a grease trap. There were multiple signs stating "order from a bartender" but there was no bartender in sight. We walked out to the back courtyard where there were employees but not one made eye contact or greeted us. The DJ also just blankly stared. Next I walked upstairs only to find a private party reserved the outdoor area. We walked back through the inside bar where 2 more male employees were busy talking to each other then walked the other way when we got close. Needless to say we left at that point. We moved here from out of state and are trying to find our new local spots. The concept seemed unique/cool but the service execution was beyond sub-par...it was lacking altogether. On a happy note we did find Majestic Grill and had a wonderful brunch. They have EXCELLENT service, yummy Benedict's and $4 mimosas and blood Mary's. read more
