I landed a job at NCA&TSU Student Center within the week, after a successful interview with the man who would be my supervisor, Mr Kenneth Dick (yes, that's his REAL name). After being in this position nearly four months, Mr D asked me to find out how many hours a temporary employee has to work before they can be hired permanent. Excited, I reached out to my recruiter via text message but have yet to get a response. That's basically it -- that's Graham. The company itself isn't bad, but their recruiters: that's another story. They're helpful until they get you in the door and receive that hiring commission. After that, if you need them for anything, forget it. They've left the building faster than Elvis, and you likely won't hear from them again. I'm STILL awaiting a response, but all I hear are crickets.

When I called his office and told them why I was wanting to come in I was told that I would need to answer some questions which would help them to decide if they would be able to take my case, I was applying for disability, after answering the question I was instructed that after Mr Welborn reviewed my information that I would get a call back which I did very quickly and I made an appt to go in and talk and discuss my issues and problems with Mr Welborn. He sat and talked with me for a good amount of time and he explained how the process would go and how long it could take, and he told me that he felt that I had a good case and if he didn't think I had a chance he would tell me, after talking with him his assistant Nicole came in and went over paperwork with me and explain what we would need to do in order to proceed. I have to say that Nicole was with me ever step of the way and was excellent to work with she was always there to answer any questions I had or worries I was feeling. I was very lucky that my first appeal was a success and I was finally approved for my disability. I owe it all to Mr. Welborn and Nicole for their guidance through this difficult time I was experiencing and would HIGHLY recommend them. If I ever need anymore assitance I will definitely be going back to this law office. Thank you so much Mr Welborn and Nicole, you were both a true blessing for me.
