When I questioned the difference, he became threatening by coming closer to me and said to write it to ABC Locksmiths, then Joy Locksmiths. I wrote 2 checks before I finally got it to suit him. I don't know if his employer knows about his treatment of clients or not. This man and his attitude isn't an asset to your company. As you can imagine, I won't be calling or recommending your company to anyone. He would benefit from a partner until he gets his attitude adjusted to deal w/customers.

His price was quite reasonable; he didn't try to hike up the price for the job he did, which he completed quickly and completely. If ever we require any more locksmith service, this is the company we would select.
