A neighbor had told me that renewals can be done at a currency exchange. I took a picture of the VIN # and the license plate and that's all you need, well $$ of course! They only accept cash, a check or debit card (with an additional fee). No credit cards. The woman who helped me was very professional and quick to complete my transaction. Once you set up an appointment and get in the system the lines randomly move so you have no idea who will be next. Employees are knowledgeable and courteous but I wouldn't call this friendly.
