Guy blamed me. Said he would put a jean cuff on them but won't look right. They came back and it's like he intentionally made them look bad. When I complained he said he didn't do the original cuff, would never do an inner cuff that high. I explained to him that I don't go anywhere else and it was him that took the measurements for the cuff. Still denied it and ended up cursing me out and calling me a liar. On top of that, when I picked up my current dry cleaning the button was ripped off my pants and some stitches were pulled. Again, took no responsibility, said that could never happen here. Guy was unreasonable, belligerent, and rude beyond belief.

I had a very frustrating experience with this shop. I dropped off both an Air Force dress uniform…read moreand an Army AGSU, each with their own accouterments properly bagged as instructed. When I picked them up, the Army uniform had Air Force ribbons placed on it, and the actual Army ribbons were missing entirely. When I brought this to their attention, instead of taking responsibility, the owner immediately dismissed the issue and claimed they would never make that mistake, placing the blame on me. The way this was communicated was disrespectful and lacked basic customer service. There was no attempt to understand or resolve the situation professionally. They did offer to replace the missing ribbons, but even then the attitude remained poor. After I wrote down exactly what was missing, the owner handed me the ribbons in a bag and said, "I'm not putting them together." This is despite the fact that I had already paid for the placement of accouterments. It felt like because they specialize in military uniforms, they believe customers have no other option and can be spoken to however they want. That kind of approach is unacceptable. Attention to detail and professionalism matter, especially when handling service uniforms. I would not recommend this business based on both the lack of accountability and how it was handled.

There are plenty of dry cleaning options in this area, but this place is our go-to. The owners here…read moreare always friendly, the clothes always come out great, and the turnaround times are reasonable. What makes this place stand out is that on one occasion we brought in our duvet cover to be cleaned and they told us it doesn't have to be dry cleaned, and even said the cost wasn't necessarily worth it unless you like how the duvet feels after dry cleaning (it feels a little different if it's machine-washed). My wife and I were so impressed by their honesty. They could easily pocketed the money to have our cover cleaned, but instead offered an alternative that was of no immediate benefit to them. THAT's how you build a long-term business.

I came in a few years ago to get my prom dress shortened because it was too long and he said I didn't need to. He suggested I wear platform heels instead.... the dress was literally dragging on the floor and I would have tripped if it wasn't altered but .. alright?? then proceeded to tell me that the dress was cheap quality and it would cost more than what I paid for the dress to get altered... so rude. sorry I can't afford a 1k+ gown for prom I was literally 17. took my business elsewhere. Came in recently to get another dress altered because it was a tad big on me. He told me the dress was out of style+ altering it wouldn't change that fact. He then proceeded to tell me my boobs were not full enough to make the dress fit and the color was unflattering for my skin tone so I should just get an entirely different dress instead... ??? I really tried giving this guy a second chance but I thought those comments were really rude + uncalled for and I'm never going back there again after that. I can't speak on their dry cleaning but don't come here for alterations unless you want to be judged :') thanks for the brutal honesty I guess?? btw-- if you're reading this, I absolutely rocked BOTH dresses without your help, thanks for nothing.

Offered no compensation. Just an apology that it wouldn't happen again. I sucked it up and used him again as he's the only service in the area that does pick up and delivery. This time was a huge difference. He admitted to bleaching my sheets. Blaming his "new girl". Then I opened my blankets. They stunk. He proceeded to tell me I'm supposed to open the bags to let them air dry meanwhile ive used his service before and never needed to do this. He then admitted again new girls mistake. I requested reimbursement for the sheets that were bleached. He said no only a discount for future. I then noticed a bunch of stains on my very expensive limited edition skims shorts. He proceeded to tell me I need to take better care of my clothes. I gave him that item barely even dirty. I wore it for one second and will even show the court i recently purchased it. Its obviously a fabric softener stain. I dont give him fabric softener or bleach for my clothing. It looks like someone ran in over with a truck. As seen in attached photos, you can see the child that is running this business. I'm now taking him to small claims court because he doesnt want to offer any reimbursement for his mistakes and even laughed at me and told me I'm not his son or brother which was completely irreveleant and decides to laugj at me. Very immature. This kid is about 25 years old and has no idea how to run a business, let alone speak to customers. His own workers told me hes a partier that doesn't wake up until 12pm everyday. Doesn't know how to run a company and will ruin your clothes. Even if you do the wash yourself, they do not rinse the machines prior to your next wash and your clothes can be ruined with bleach and he wants no responsibility even though admits fault through text and his policy on his receipt ensures reimbursement. Stay away from this laundromat. The child is immature and will never help you with any mistakes his business makes. Screenshots to show immaturity and pictures to show damage he did to my clothing. Sheets cost $119. Shorts were $54. Stay away from this laundromat unless you want your clothes lost, ruined and smelly and offered a discount for future use.

She didn't know how to measure length properly. She was mean and spoke very rudely. Please don't use this place, you will regret it! On May 13th, I took my daughter's prom dress to New Sun's Dry cleaners to have them alter it shorter. I showed the dress to the lady and asked her if she could alter the dress. I specifically mentioned this material was stretchy. I pinned the outside layer and told her the length that I wanted and make the inside layer match accordingly. She said it was an easy job. I liked the confidence from her answer, so I thought she would do a great job. She asked me to pay in advance; I didn't even question it and paid that day. On May 29th, I was very disappointed when I saw the dress. She didn't even tailor a straight line on the dress plus the thread was skipped. She said that material of the dress was hard to do the alteration on and that it was the best she could do. I asked her before I dropped it off and she said it was an easy task. I asked how come some sections were ok and some sections the thread skipped. I dropped off the dress to her because I thought she was a professional. She should have told me that she wasn't able to do it. I also inspected that the inner layer was longer than the outside layer, but she pulled the outer layer very hard and tried to cover up the fact that the inner layer was longer. I thought I saw it wrong. However she said she would try to FIX IT for me and had it picked up later that evening. I said I am not in a hurry, take her time and I could pick it up tomorrow. The following day, I was stuck in a meeting, so I sent my sister to pick up the dress. When I took the dress out, I could see the inside layer was sticking out (see attached pictures). I asked my sister to take it back to her. When my sister arrived, she said I told her that was the length of the inner layer‍that I asked her to. She also said that when I brought the dress to her, it was already like that . She said she would not fix it unless I pay her again. She also suggested that my daughter try the dress on, maybe it would magically make the outside layer look longer than the inside. This is unacceptable, it wasn't about the money, just the principle. I would not pay another penny to fix it. My sister took the dress back cause she thought she would intentionally ruin the dress if I let her fix it again. This lady needs to be more responsible for her actions. This business has no quality or integrity, and the services are bad. If you don't want to jeopardize your lovely clothes, then I urge you to not use this place. You will waste your hard earned money, clothes, and just ruin your day. It is unacceptable to have this kind of service in the community. The business should be closed down so it will not happen to anyone else.
