When he called me to let me know the bikes were ready he said one bike was $75 and the other was $30. However, when I went to pick them up I was charged an additional service and wash $40 for one of the bicycles that wasn't mentioned ahead of time. The employee had even told me ahead of time that if it was more than $100 to just get a new bike. I would have preferred they were more transparent with the cost, as I asked several times. I thought the first employee was extremely nice and helpful, I wish I could recommend the place but I'm feeling a little off put by hidden costs.

The very nice lady that was attending the store advised us that they have a foot analyzer that would help on determining what would be the best shoe for the feet. She advise that I buy the shoes with her the analysis is included, otherwise there is a fee. We advised her that we were going to buy a pair, so she went ahead and walked with my daughter to the machine. Very cool how it takes a 3D image of the feet and allows you to see where you need more support. Ironically the shoe she had selected was the right fit. My wife and I have been to quite a few, and found it to be a good place to buy department store quality (i.e. not clothes specifically made for an outlet) for reduced prices. This location had the one thing we look for: a large clearance area for both women and men, and this store fit that bill well. It has free wi-fi, which was appreciated. It didn't seem too busy while browsing throughout the store, but then realized how high the throughput was when having to wait in a very long line. They had all registers going, and the line moved surprisingly quickly. We were just window shopping, but I ended up buying some Nike briefs that were double clearanced, making it well over 50% off.

The only minor complaint is that they only had 2 cashiers working on this day so the checkout line moved relatively slowly. When I first got in line they had 3 cashiers, until one walked away to fold items that had been returned - while talking on her cell phone the entire time and working very slowly. I'll check out this Burlington location in the future because, while it may be a bit smaller than their store at nearby Dolphin Mall, on this day at least, they seemed to have a better selection of items in stock.
