More than just a place to "make your face pretty" its serene, quiet, tranquil and a place where miracles happen by an incredibly talented holistic esthetician. I was desperate. Barb gave me consult and was very honest with me. I liked her. She was honest, profession and didn't take advantage of me. Over the next few months, my face had changed. She customized her facials FOR ME, her prices were reasonable. I would have paid more honestly! 6 years... I have had nodular cystic acne that she has healed with her treatments and product recommendation. I use image skincare which has changed my life. I love Barb as a person too. We booked a couples massage and it was fantastic from start to finish. The massage therapists were professional, attentive, and clearly very experienced. The room was peaceful and comfortable, and the entire experience felt thoughtfully designed to help you completely unwind. It was the perfect way to spend time together while still getting a high-quality spa treatment. My GF also had a facial, which was equally impressive. The esthetician took the time to understand her skin and customized the treatment so it felt both relaxing and beneficial. Her skin looked noticeably refreshed and hydrated afterward, and it was one of the better facials she's had. The spa itself has a calm, tranquil atmosphere and the staff throughout were welcoming and attentive without ever feeling rushed. One small thing to be aware of for couples: the locker rooms are separate, so there isn't a shared space where couples can sauna or shower together before or after treatments. That said, the amenities themselves are very nice, and it didn't take away from the experience. Overall, it was a wonderful visit and a great way to relax and recharge. Between the excellent couples massage, a top-notch facial, and the beautiful spa setting, we'll definitely be back.

I received an automated confirmation text two days prior, so I had no reason to believe there was an issue. When I arrived for my appointment, I found the salon permanently closed and the door locked. After some digging, I saw a Facebook post stating the business had closed, but relying solely on a Facebook post is not sufficient when the booking system is still active and sending confirmation texts. As an out-of-town client, there was no way for me to know my appointment was no longer valid. No call, no text, no cancellation notice. This was not a casual appointment -- it was for a wedding -- and the lack of communication forced me to scramble at the last minute. If a business is closing, booked clients should be proactively notified and all booking systems disabled. This situation could have been avoided with basic communication. Thankfully, I was able to find another salon last minute -- Primp and Blow Chandler -- who completely saved the day. Five stars to them for stepping in on short notice and doing an amazing job.
