Their meat comes vacuum sealed and frozen, which has resulted in my freezer being stocked to the brim with grassfed, organic and ethically raised meat. I challenge you to find a better steak in the city at any price, let alone the prices they charge. For a similar cut at these price points, you're probably looking at a styrofoam tray with a gray piece of meat on it from your local supermarket.
