She offered to come back to look at the missed areas but then stood me up, claiming to have texted the wrong number and never attempted to reschedule. Very disappointed in the service and follow-up. This review is based on our experiences over the last two years with Two Betty's. As you can tell from my rating, we are very satisfied. We have been lucky to have one consistent cleaner (Victor), who does a consistently excellent job. My interactions with the office staff has also been excellent. They are very accommodating to changes, both in terms of hours per visit and rescheduling when we are out of town. The price is based upon the number of hours (we use their services two hours per month and the price is quite clear and consistent. We started Two Bettys based upon a recommendation from our daughter, who is also quite happy with their service. Originally, we started because my wife had some surgery and our original intention was to stop the service when she recovered. However, we were so pleased with the results, we have continued using them, even though we reduced the number of needed hours per month. I hope that you will be as pleased as we are.
