When my van lost its coolant and overheated. I was in Deep Creek Lake MD and had AAA tow it to this shop. Now coolant cost $20 a gallon and I had lost all of mine and a connector part broke. Their price for tires includes free rotations and balancing, and any other issues with the tires short of a puncture. Their reasonable price IS the price: unlike Firestone and NTB, they won't fee you to death. It's no accident I've been going there for 23 years. I've also noticed that there are a lot of women customers. I have certainly never seen ANY of the staff be condescending or trying to upsell to women, as some car-related businesses do. They'll never try to sell you "headlight fluid." (This is for my husband, who rarely posts reviews - but does handle all the car maintenance, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )
