WORST customer service ever. This place completely ripped me off. I dropped my car for inspection on a Monday after making an appointment few days prior to the weekend. They took my car and the mutual understanding was for my car to be fixed within a day. They kept lying and pushing me "INTENTIONALLY" twice a day and they were extremely rude. I did not take my car until Friday at 4 PM (SINCE MONDAY - FOR INSPECTION ONLY). Even after I took my car with new inspection stickers, my car was not fixed at all. I reserved a 16' box truck for the weekend so that I could move from Sheridan to Crafton. I show up at the pick up time and, NO TRUCK. Not just my truck, they had no trucks at all. The man attempting to help me was unapologetic and seemed more interested in talking about how he had to run the place solo with his buddy who was in the shop. Placed a reservation for a Budget truck online. On the Budget reservation website, it listed Saturday hours here as being 8am-noon. On the front door of Miley the posted hours state it's open until 4pm on Saturdays. I arrived at 11:30am on a Saturday to pick up my reserved truck and no one was working! The doors were locked. No one answered when I picked up the phone, and I couldn't leave a message. I had to scramble to find a truck to rent somewhere else as I needed it that day. read more

Reserved a Budget truck weeks in advance. I showed up at 8am to learn they have NO trucks on hand-there was also another gentleman there to get a truck he reserved. The guy working was very friendly and hooked us up with a truck each from the Moon TWP location. The truck I have is filthy, has a cracked windshield, has cigarettes in the ash tray and is infested with ants. The back (cargo area) was never cleaned, the windshield has something all over the INSIDE and seems to have never been cleaned. I am driving across the country in this truck, and I'm not sure how much further I will make it. I also only need the truck for 3 days and was told it's a package and I must pay for 6 days even if I turn it in early! Budget Truck rentals are a JOKE. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH They do not care about you or your business. They will not make something right or even try. Man behind the counter can't even get up off his stool to help you. I requested a truck on 7/12 for 7/16. When I got to Miley Truck Rental in Carnegie, I handed the man my conf. page. He responded, "I can tell you right now, I don't have any trucks." I asked where they were, and he said looks like there's one in Monroeville. I asked him why it was in Monroeville, and he said "I don't know." So I pressed, can you get a truck here? Why isn't there one here? All he could say was "there's one in Monroeville." He didn't offer to get off his stool and help, to call Monroeville to make sure it's there, to make up for the difference, or anything. I would be embarrassed to be affiliated with him. After going to my car and calling other companies, no trucks were available. I called the Monroeville location, and the rep told me she had a 12 ft truck. I drove there. The rep in Monroeville was very helpful and gave me a much better impression of your company than the man at Miley. I incurred $136 in additional fees, charges, gas money, missed mover time, etc. due to this extremely unprofessional experience. read more

Dropped off my vehicle for state inspection and was told the service will be completed in the morning of the next day. Called them the next morning, and was told that the mechanics are working on something else and they will inspect my vehicle before noon. I waited till noon and called, and was told that the mechanics are working on something else and they will inspect my vehicle before 3 pm. Waited and called at 4 pm, and was told that the mechanics are working on something else and they will inspect my vehicle one day later. Tried to reason with them, rudely they refused to inspect my vehicle and asked me to pick it up. I sent my vehicle there for inspection as I have been trying to sell it and my buyer is waiting for the inspection to be completed so we can finish the transaction. Telling that the inspection can be completed whiling not doing anything and keeping me waiting has critically affected my sales. This is an awful place. read more

I reserved a 15 ft. Budget Moving Truck IN ADVANCE to move from Pittsburgh to Morgantown. I can understand that I have to reserve the specified size moving truck in advance SO THE BUDGET COMPANY CAN GET THE EXACT SIZE RENTAL TRUCK I NEED MOVED FROM ANOTHER LOCATION BY SOMEONE FROM BUDGET TO THE MILEY TRUCK RENTAL BY THE DAY OF MY RENTAL. (Just like reserving a flight or rental car). I cannot EXPECT to rent A HUGE MOVING TRUCK with the magical touch of my fingers on the internet at 11:00am and pick it up AT NOON, it's unfathomable to expect this to happen in the moving truck type of business, it's not a drive thru restaurant! There's a process involved, which I understand, in renting a specified size Budget truck and getting it to the Miley Truck Rental business by the day of the rental; the rental business magic doesn't happen with the snap of your finger or wiggle of your nose. Just like renting a car from Enterprise or taking a flight, you book it weeks/days in advance & the rental car is driven to your location so it's ready for the day of your rental or the seat on your flight is reserved for you, long before your vacation. I understand that Miley Truck Rental does not OWN the Budget Moving trucks. Miley Truck Rental has been strategically allocated by the Budget Company, to offer various size moving trucks for customer's convenience. If you've booked a rental for a Budget moving truck and it's not there, you're PROBLEM is with BUDGET, not this location. It's a rental location! If YOU want to have a great moving truck experience, use your head and book it at least a day in advance so the employees at Budget have an opportunity to get your specified size moving rental truck to Miley's Truck rental for your reservation. Don't feel entitled just because you booked it with the touch of your fingers and the moving truck magically appears, by the time you print it off your printer, it doesn't work that way. I had a wonderful (no problem) experience, because I knew 2 months in advance I was moving and booked the rental truck at least a week in advance. The gentleman at Miley's processed the paperwork expeditiously, with moving pads and a dolly in the back. Off I went in my rental truck to pack my belongings, and head to Morgantown. NOTE: While I was waiting for this process, I witnessed a customer come in to this business to rent a moving truck at that moment, without a reservation. I knew immediately there was going to be an issue because I understand the entitled generation expects this type of service from everyone. Additionally, if you search around on the internet, you can find some Budget Coupons for your rental. Just remember, when you want to rent something, book it before the day you need it to give it a chance to get where you want to pick it up. Thank you very much. read more
