Then I found out about Garage2u. Garage2u is a mobile mechanic. They come to your house (or wherever your car is) and fix it right there. They have all the tools that they need. In my case he worked on my car in the driveway. It couldn't have been easier. And it couldn't have been more cost effective. Way less than half of what the garage wanted. And it passed inspection! Oh and get this. Dan (the mechanic) called me two days later to follow up and make sure that everything was ok with the car. Show me another mechanic that does that! I'd give them 10 stars if that was an option…read more I was having problems for over a year with the solar 12v electrical system in my custom built box truck RV conversion and learned that they do RV service as well as automotive. I called and got a next day appointment and could not be happier with the outcome and excellent service. Fortunately they were able to have their highly skilled tech check the truck out while I waited and he was immediately able to trace and diagnose the problem and also to explain all the interconnections of the system so I better understood how the interlocks between the solar, generator and batteries worked. In less than an hour everything was back working again and the service charge for labor and some small parts was extremely reasonable. I was sure I was going to need to replace both of the costly deep cycle batteries that power the utilities inside the camper but he told me that they seemed to be fine (the shop that had installed them two years ago had failed to connect one cable) and that I should just wait and see if they charged up once he got the solar panels reconnected. 48 hours since he fixed it and my inverter control panel is showing full charge and everything is working again. And now I know that I will be able to rely on them for everything from inspections for the RV (which does not fit on the lift of most service shops) to new tires and for any problems I have with the RV specific systems. And they were so professional, honest and so nice! I can't imagine how those two negative reviews from 11 years ago ever happened. If the folks at Belback were "dishonest" they could have sold me $300 worth of batteries I did not need. The fact that they are only 15 minutes away from me is a plus, but I would honestly drive clear across town if I had to for their service.

I broke down so many miles from home Mike was available to take my call, he scheduled a time to do the repair and followed through. I had to get my water pump and thermostat housing replaced which is a critical part of the engine. He got me and out quickly and I was able to drive my car down to Florida with no issue. He is mobile and also has a shop due to my repairs needed he advised me to bring the vehicle to the shop. After I had it towed over he walked me through the process and a day later it was good to go.
