We had some good experiences in Redding and some bad. We drove down to Red Bluff and visited The Furniture Depot. We met David and a few members of the team. They patiently helped us find the right sofa design, seat foam density, and fabric choice for our sofa. We got fabric samples and took them home. They answered all of our questions with a smile. We ordered a Stanton Model 605 sofa with our choice of fabric and seat cushion foam. The couch arrived within the earlier part of the time frame they quoted. They gave us a specific time frame for the delivery date. The delivery guys called us first, arrived within that time slot, and did a great job delivering the couch and hauling the old one away. We have had the couch for a week now. We absolutely love it. It is exactly what we wanted. We will purchase from them again and refer our friends to them. We saved money over buying the sofa from the Redding dealer, even figuring our two trips to Red Bluff and the delivery charge. The service we received was top notch. Tip: If you are taller and heavier than average and want a quality sofa that will last....Look at the Stanton 605 with the High Density seat Cushion. I thought that the beds were really expensive but I also know that they are very well made. my last mattress was less than a thousand but only lasted five years. this one can be flipped and from the reviews seems like it will last much longer. the full was delivered the next day but the 3/4 we put on hold because they needed exact measurements. this bed frame was built in the 1700s when nothing was standard. it took a month and a half before we were ready to have them make it. after they delivered it they sent me a huge bill for an invoice that i had already paid. i was worried about this, because i had paid so far in advance. another company did this to me and they are still sending me bills ten years later and i have to check my credit report constantly and have on cue a legal argument in case they do, because they wound't fix it. these guys fixed the problem right away and apologized for sending me bills for a month. a lot of companies don't do this kind of service anymore and customers fall through the cracks, so for all these reasons i keep my five star rating.
