Today they sent me an email letter threatening to send me to collections and that the supposed bill has accrued interest and is nearly $200 now. They never mentioned I was in any kind of debt, they stopped contacting me ever since I had a conversation with them disputing the "un-received payment" which was confirmed received by Chase when I called Chase Bank's service line. The funny part is they emailed me from the same address I sent the Zelle payment to. These people do not care about you, your family, your life or your time. They only want to receive your money and milk any vulnerable naive customers. Stay away from this scummy place DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCAM.
