I love this place. I've been coming here two years for general medicine check-ups and occasional…read moresick visits. Every time I come, I got things done in 1-1.5 hour without appointment. This probably the busiest clinic in H-town. They are really doing great job with such a patient flow. And the front 2 guys are always very helpful. I wish I know their names. Thank you to the doctors and the team for providing such an efficient place.

It is a walk-in clinic. The wait is 40+ minutes even though I went in around 11am on a week day…read more They only take cash or zelle which is very shady. The service is awful. My insurance didn't cover it for some reason so I had to pay $85 out of pocket via Zelle. I confirmed with the receptionist that the zelle amount and recipient was correct and they said yes. I sent the money and the recipient name automatically popped up "WELCOME FAMILY MEDICINE" so I know 100% I sent it to the right place. However, they have continued to contact me since Oct 2023 that I have not paid them DESPITE showing multiple instances of proof via chase bank app screenshot of the Zelle payment that I sent to them. Today they sent me an email letter threatening to send me to collections and that the supposed bill has accrued interest and is nearly $200 now. They never mentioned I was in any kind of debt, they stopped contacting me ever since I had a conversation with them disputing the "un-received payment" which was confirmed received by Chase when I called Chase Bank's service line. The funny part is they emailed me from the same address I sent the Zelle payment to. These people do not care about you, your family, your life or your time. They only want to receive your money and milk any vulnerable naive customers. Stay away from this scummy place DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCAM. THIS IS A PRIVATELY OWNED BUSINESS FILLED WITH VULTURES WHO DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU SURVIVE, THEY WANT TO MILK YOUR WALLET. I am not a lawyer and I am not accusing or slandering them but rather I have reasonable suspicion that this clinic may be running an illegitimate practice - I could be wrong but they are shady and may not be following proper procedures.

My appointment was scheduled for 8. When I told them my appointment was at 8, they told me I could sit and wait for the echo tech to arrive. I explained that I had another appointment at 9 and was told don't worry she is fast. At 8:20, I went to the desk and told them I would need to reschedule because I had another appointment to make at 9. I was told the tech had arrived and would get with me shortly. I explained that I was leaving and once again I was told how fast she was and that I would still be out by 9. I am a young "senior" with great insurance and yet I have been dismissed over and over as if I am a senile senior that has no clue what is going on. Another problem is the front desk likes to speak to each other in Spanish which is rude, little did they know that I know Spanish enough to understand their conversations. I am done with this organization even though I really liked my provider.

Made an appointment for 4:00pm on a Saturday and when we were almost there we realized we had to…read moreturn back around to get my girlfriend's ID. We called to verify whether or not it was needed to see the doctor so we turned back and rescheduled for 4:45pm after they said the doctor was leaving at 4:45pm. After speeding through traffic we called from.l the parking lot to see if they would still take the appointment. We went in, filled out the paperwork and paid the woman at the front desk. They let us all the way into the examination room. The doctor came into the room and asked us to come back on Monday. He stated he was leaving in two minutes. I made a scene leaving the establishment letting them know I was displeased they even decided to take my money with the chance that we wouldn't be seeing the Doctor. 5 minutes passed before my girlfriend received a call asking us to come back. I was amused at what would come from this so I decided to go along with it and give them a chance a redemption. So we are back in the same room, no apology from the doctor. I'm sure he felt very awkward and embarrassed as how he could not maintain eye contact. My girlfriend told them she thinks she has strep throat so they administer the strep throat test. After taking the swab sample they tell us afterward that the test would be an additional $30. Here I am; annoyed and practicing my best poker face. Not being upfront about all costs included until it is too late I consider the same as lying. Being that this is a family care practice it would be conducive to make sure your patient knows any and all costs involved prior to seeing them and administering any pertinent tests. After receiving diagnosis and relevant prescriptions for care, I proceeded to the front desk to speak with the employee. I asked her politely why I wasn't informed about any fees regarding a testing procedure until it was already administered. She had told me she didn't know what it cost until the doctor told her how much to charge. I asked if they knew there would be a charge before the test was administered. She paused and looked at the other employee and I answered for them. "So you did know. I can tell from the look on your face." They insisted that there was no choice for me but to pay the fee and apologized that they didn't inform me. They acknowledged the fault was their own and they failed at their responsibility before finally escalating to their office manager who then waived the fee. All in all we got what we came for however the experience was most displeasing. They were indifferent with me until I was forced to show my discontent with their establishment and escalate the grievance further until it reached their manager.
