Quit wasting our money at Hacienda last year. Tried Carmel and have been very pleased. Bought a card for 200.00 and they threw in 1 free Works wash. Have done this twice now. Everyone has been friendly and the few times I pointed out a spot that was missed they gladly took care of it. When they are crowded it takes a few mins longer but so far, so good. read more

We usually really love car washes, so we were looking forward to trying out caramel after a bad experience at a different place. Unfortunately it was just an overall weird and awkward experience from start to finish. First of all, the older man where you pay before getting the car wash was extremely rude and unclear. Starting the experience off terrible. The car wash itself was good, though. The only reason they're getting 3 stars instead of 1, though, is truly because of the people who hand towel dry your car. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. Going the extra mile for a spot that the car wash left. The value and price isn't bad, but an awkward experience definitely breaks it! read more

I took in not my Jeep Unlimited Wrangler and Porsche Cayenne. We just moved from Cali being on the road a few days with kids and dogs. They did an Amazing job in full service. They went way above and beyond. As a result only wife purchased a membership. Idk what the bad reviews were about. I love this place. read more

Took 3 of my cars to get cleaned today 3/21/26. On the 3rd car i got home and realized my LV sunglasses were missing from my center console. My husband went back, walked up to the worker & said go get my wife's glasses & yup he ran in and got them. Be careful with your belongings. read more

I've been a loyal Carmel Car Wash in Rockwall for a couple years. On 4/28/26 I was offered *two* free $45 full-service (i.e., exterior/interior) *machine-washes* if I reloaded my car wash credit card with $250. I declined, and said I'd do it on my next visit. On 5/4/26, I was offered *one* free $80 *hand-wash* wash if I reloaded the card with $350. I explained that the 4/28 offer was $100 better than the 5/4 offer, but the owner wouldn't honor the better 4/28 deal. As the saying goes, "The math ain't mathin'." I won't be back...And Carmel lost a loyal customer who regularly brought *three* cars to be washed at their facility! read more

This car wash has really gone downhill. I use to love coming here and they did such a great job. The last couple of times I have come they job my car still has bug spots and dirty inside. Sadly, there are now other car washes that are better and I won't be coming back read more

I used to come to this car wash all the time.... Until today. Today will be the last time. Their prices suddenly went up a whole five dollars! Not one or two dollars but a whole five dollars! Without anything extra coming with that price. Oh well. It's been real. read more

My car got wet, that was about all this car wash did. My windshield was still covered in bug guts and it did nothing at all to the bird poop on the hood. Some of the dirt was cleaned off the top, just enough to leave streaks of less dirty spots. Do not waste your money! read more

My third time here the first time was not great. The older gentleman in the front was very rude. The second time was fantastic. They were so busy. But as I'm sitting here right now, I will not be back. He was insulting. He was so rude to me because I didn't wanna buy $125 pass, but I don't even live in the area. He asked me how many times have I been here and told him and he was very dry and said You should have a pass and wouldn't give me my car back. I asked him if he could please not tell me if I could get my car wash. He stated it's my job. I have been in sales for 24 years and I have someone. I will not be back. read more

Been coming here for a while now. Not the best car wash I've been in, but they do a decent job. I get the $20 wash most of the time. I feel sorry for the employees because they always seem to be short-handed, so they have to juggle many cars a minute. Lately, employees have been allowed to dress for the season, making the whole process somewhat festive.. read more

I have been to this location more than once and have always had a good experience. An older gentlemen use to work near the entrance of the car wash guiding you making sure your car stays on the track and not scraping your rims or time. He was awesome. One of the employees spoke to me about their membership which worked perfect for me since I wash my car more than twice a month. Fast Forward a few weeks later, the older gentlemen no longer works there and the service and attention to detail no longer exists. They no longer have someone to guide you into the car wash. The new employee just stands there and expects you to read his mind. I cancelled my membership the same day on site with the manager. I will never return. The manager also needs a class on customer service. read more

Great value in an automated carwash. The basic wash went up to $7, but that is still very competitive - and you can still use their vacuums for free. If you pay about $9 extra; they'll polish your car and dry it with a towel (if you're into that sort of thing). Best of all; they're quick. I dart in/out every week! read more

I've been twice now and very pleased with the results. They are quick and professional. I paid $29.95 for the inside and outside to be cleaned. read more

The prices have went up but exceptional service has went way down. Ive been here before and left with the back of my truck super dirty due to the guiding attendant not scrubbing the back to get the dirt off. I asked the attendant this time to make sure to give it a good scrub before guiding my Jeep in. His reply was a dismissive "I'll try." I pay good money to have my car wash come out pristine not like this every single time I come here. Stop banking on being one of the only car washes in town and give better service. Im taking my business to the south side of Hwy 80 going forward. read more

I took my truck to wash and they didn't spray any soap on it, so when I asked if I could have soap they said they didn't have any. Meanwhile there spraying other cars with soap. I asked to speak to the manager and they said they didn't have a manager so I asked for my money back because they didn't do anything to my truck. Did they give me my money back... NO. They told me because I payed in cash they can't do anything. Go somewhere else if you can . read more

I have been going here for several years until now. Been fairly satisfied. Had to have them send my truck back through because they dont wipe the front good at all. They used to towel dry for the $12 wash but did not make any effort to inform customers that they no longer do that for this wash. They just have a someone that points to the self serve vacuums when you come out of the wash. When I stopped to ask, he said your done...and pointed to vacume, glad I didn't renew the gift card. FYI, Car wash down the street is $6 for exterior and towel dry. headed back there from now on! read more

Paid $15 for a car wash, only to have it leave excessive amounts of soap and dirty water on the car. Almost every spot was filled up people waiting on help to have their car dried off as theirs looked the same. Would have been better off not washing the car in the first place. read more

I don't know why this place has such bad reviews? For $34, they detailed my Yukon with oversized tires and did an awesome job. Tire shine looks great, and they vacuumed all the dog hair out as well. I definitely recommend this place for a quality car wash at a reasonable price! read more

I am forced to give one star . So there you go . The prices keep going up which I could handle . I always get works plus and have for the last 4 years, once a week . I have been getting crappy service for the last year or so . I keep asking to speak to the manager and I am told " they aren't here today. ". Or they won't be here until Monday ". ( this is on the nicest , busiest Saturday of the summer . How is a business supposed to run without a manager on a weekend ???? I was going to let it go , but as I went through the wash today the smart ass that took the card from me said " would you like to reload your card for a free wash today ? ". I said " No thank you , I think I am done coming here when my card is empty ". He attendant said, " That's awesome ". ! Not " oh I am sorry to hear that . What can we do to make it right ??" The people that dry the cars are hit or miss . Some do a great job and some just stand there taking a break . You had a customer for life at one time , but unfortunately like every other good business, it gets mismanaged and it's the end of a good thing for everyone . Do yourself a favor Caramel car wash and get a secret shopper & you'll see what I am talking about . read more

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I showed up this past Saturday 1/4/2019 to get my car washed. After being navigated onto the mechanism that pulls my car through and following instructions and leaving my car in neutral throughout the entire duration of the wash my car was sparkling clean. I made it home (luckily not too far) and realized that an entire chunk of my tire was ripped clean off from going through this second wash. I have tried contacting the "Manager" Arnoldo Vasquez (3 times now) and have left multiple voicemails with no return call asking him if he will speak with me to 1) Ensure that this happens to nobody else's car and 2) See if he will be willing to help reimburse me for the new $80 tire that i had to have replaced 2 hours after my trip to this car wash. Luckily I made it safely to the tire shop without having a blow out endangering myself and others on the road. I would greatly at the very least appreciate a call back acknowledging that my call was received. My tire was 100% not like this prior to me going into this car wash. If it was, there would be damage to the rim as well. Facts are Facts. This place can and probably will cause irreparable damage to your tires. Avoid it at all costs. read more

Guys who did my car we great, the older gentleman had some fashion as well with his nice sunglasses which I admired since he also was doing his job right so he looked like a fashionable pro. CARMEL CAREWASH "TIRE DAMAGE!" If you deal with the situation of having your tires damaged at Carmel Carwash GOOD LUCK! Speaking with a manager or having any other manager provide you the contact info for the regional manager. I have a 2024 4 runner less than a week old I went though the car wash about half way through my tire light came on. Upon exiting I went to the vacuum area and parked I could see my rear tire with a piece of metal sticking out the sidewall. I could hear the air coming out of my tire. I went and contacted Brandon who works and is a regular person there. I showed Brandon the damaged tire. He responded thats impossible and denied from this point. I just asked for the managers card and Brandon provided it for me. Brandon did offer to use a larger air conpressor to air the tire up so I could make it home or somewhere I could get the spare put on. It's been a week and still no contact from the manager. Go somewhere else who will at least talk to a customer, keep a good employee base and maintain the daily operations in a professional manner. read more

Sketchy. I have mud "stains" on my truck, ran through and it didn't clean it. So they said "they'll have the guy who runs the wash look to see IF he wants to help you." So I waited and he told me it would be "$175, or I could go get a prepaid $350 card and it would be "free." I asked how much the applicator was to get the stuff off and he said "$175." I went to oreillys and the same applicator they use only cost $25 bucks. Don't go near this SCAM. A business asking you to get a pre paid card needs to be shut down for malicious business practices. read more

I went here 2 weeks ago for the first time. Paid for the basic wash. All I have to say, what a waste of money. Did not get a good wash, still have tons of dirt on the side and windows like the brush never made contact with the vehicle or something. And they don't provide towels to dry off the car. I been to several car wash for $5-$7 and you don't have to pay extra to dry your own vehicle. Keep driving with your dirty car to the next car wash. read more

I had a weird situation here this morning. I was mid car wash and the woman in front of me put her car in reverse and started getting closer to my car. I began to worry about hitting her with my child in the car. I immediately laid on my horn to get someone to notice and as I did so, the woman then put her car in drive and took off through the rest of the car wash. By the time the employee reached me the woman was gone and he kept telling me to keep it in neutral or I can't finish my car wash and when I told him what happened he looked at me like I was crazy. Why would someone do that mid car wash?Unfortunately this was not a good experience and quite frankly terrifying! read more

I've seen the negative reviews but my Ford F-150 always looks great after I leave. I DO pay for the Deluxe inside and out detail. They use air houses to clean the inside and blow excess water off the outside. The waiting area outside has comfortable chairs and the inside has cold bottled water and on the Saturday I was there, Krispy Kreme donuts! The staff is friendly as well. The owners are doing a nice job. read more

I would actually rate this place a negative 5 stars. After an hour and a half at the car wash the car was still not clean. This was after running it through twice and an attendant vacuuming the car twice. They made up every excuse why it could not be done correctly. Then they tried to sell me a $75 wax job stating that would fix the problem. That is laughable. The incompetence here is very obvious. I wouldn't take a barbie jeep here to be cleaned. I will never go back and I highly advise you don't either. read more

This place is greedy - 20.00 or they they wont hand dry your car - avoid this carwash- plus terrible customer service!

I paid for the works plus 1/19/23 at 12:24. I got home at 12:40 and I got out of my car and it still was still dirty! I paid 20 dollars for a car wash and to have it towel dried. There are still bug guts on my grill. There is still dirt spots on my car. I had to get a cloth to go over the complete back of my car. This is absolutely ridiculous! If I wanted to wash my car myself then I would have but I didn't want to so I paid y'all to do it. However I end up doing what I paid for y'all to do!!!!! You own a car wash business and y'all pay your employees to clean cars, so they are obviously not doing their job and the quality is unacceptable. A 5 year old could have done a better job! Don't waste your money here because you will end up having to spend more money to get your car cleaned the way it should have been done in the first place!!! read more

I got my car washed here and it's safe to say that this is the WORST car wash ive ever been to in my life. Every car wash in rockwall is HORRIBLE but this is one if the WORST. I paid to get a full service wash where they clean the inside and outside of the car and when my car goes through the wash it literally knocks my mirror off because their machines are so aggressive and when i told them that their wash took my mirror off they really tried to sit up there and tell me that it was like that before i came in. THE SAME GUY that i paid before i went into the car wash told me that it was already like that and they're not liable for the damage THEY did to my car. Never and i mean never ever go to this car wash and they never even cleaned the inside of my car that i paid them to do. read more
