2 years owning the car my overall experience isn't the best. They will drag your repairs until your warranty is expired. They have no idea how to fix foreign cars so they shouldn't sell them. Car salesman screwed me out of car deal hiked up my apr. I really hope repaid department gets new management it's a joke.

Push gas tank wasn't opening, so I couldn't get gas and was on empty forcing me to break it open or get it towed.

If you're considering purchasing a car don't buy it from Carmax, especially this one. I recently purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan that was patched up and resold. Shortly after my purchase I began noticing several issues: driver side visor dangles on for dear life because whoever patched it up did a horrible job, the push gas tank doesn't open, at all, so I was unable to get gas, and several scrapes/scratches were revealed after washing the car. When calling the service desk the customer service rep said there was nothing they could do because it was outside of their 30 day return policy, I wouldn't recommend these sleazy car salesmen to anyone.

I started out with Bill Matariyeh at the CarMax in Chicago he was very congenial. Bill than transferred the BMX X3 to the Kenosha Wisconsin location closer to where I live and that took only 3 days. From there Sergio Patino finished the deal. I would recommend both Sale consultants and rate this experience the highest possible. Check Out my GREATNESS on YOUTUBE! Overall I will rate this experience the highest possible!

Shady business! Buyers beware! Sold me a F150 that had a rusty frame and timing chain…read moreguide/tensioner issues! There were no holes in the frame and the body looked good with just a little rust on the rear wheel well but overall it looked good and well cared for a 2007 when I bought it. Come to find out they just knocked the loose rust off and spray painted over the remaining rust and pulled some tricks of illusion to make it look good. Even used tape on the frame and blended it in good with paint and puddy! They knew the frame was rotting and did a pretty good job of covering it up and making it look good! now months later its obvious the frame is rotting out. Big chunks have fallen out, its got about a 1inch crack going up the frame right by the rear leaf spring. Right where the cross beam is that runs under the transmission is starting to buckle! It DID NOT look anything like this when I bought it! And of course the timing chain guide/tensioner issue's. The truck will occasionally make ALOT of rattling on cold starts due to oil bleeding out of the timing tensioner when it sits for extended periods of time even with a good Motorcraft oil filter with the silicon anti-drainback valve. I've been working on vehicles my whole life and can say they did a REALLY good job of making the truck appear much nicer then it actually was! Last but not least their posting online said " The truck runs and drives amazing! And is a pretty clean truck." Shady business, shady people! Do not buy anything from these crooks!

I purchased a vehicle from Hometown a few months ago. It was advertised that it ran and drove well. This was not the case. I live in a different state, so I had to have the vehicle shipped. I have bought many vehicles over the years, and I've never had one shipped to me. Needless to say, I will never do that again. I'm aware that used vehicles sold are as-is, but this was downright false advertisement. Once I received the vehicle, I took it out for a drive, excited to finally have it. Once I got to around 30mph, it started to shake violently, and there was a lot of noise being made. After getting it back home, I noticed leaks coming from the brake lines. I could no longer drive it, as it was unsafe with the leaking brake lines. I had it towed to a shop, and upon further inspection, it needed several repairs. The total cost of repairs ended up being several thousand dollars. Hard lesson learned. Buyer beware.

This review only speaks to the service (have not yet purchased a vehicle from Zeigler)…read more I've had Zeigler service my vehicle and every time service has been outstanding. The service team members are top notch in making you feel cared for. Most recently I took my car in for a standard oil change and Lauren took care of me. She went above and beyond to not only personally check on my vehicle's condition but they discovered a low battery and replaced it (as it was under warranty). She mentioned it was very important to her because winter was coming up. That statement made me feel very cared for! I think what made our experience even better was I brought my dog along (this Subaru is very dog friendly) and Lauren went out of her way to bring my dog the cutest "Chewbaru" they had leftover from an adoption event)! I will absolutely recommend Zeigler to friends and family. The staff has always been friendly and what's most important- my car- is always happy. Thank you Lauren!

I started using Zeigler Subaru in Kenosha recently and until recently while have routine oil and filter changes done on our Forester and Ascent I was UPCHARGED on each vehicle a week apart with no explanation. The charges were for "shop items" and lacked a description. When I asked for an explanation from Matt the service manager, he could not explain or justify the upcharge. I contacted Subaru Advocacy and they also contacted Matt and they were given the same runaround --- UNBELIEVABLE!!! Below is the communication I supplied to Subaru Advocacy: Thank you for helping me understand these billing line items. I took our two Subaru's in for oil changes a week apart. The charges for the services were the same for each vehicle and explained / disclosed prior to service. However when I was present with the billing invoice, each bill / invoice included a line item " customer pay shop supplies for repair order", and the costs were different for each vehicle. There were never any requests for service other than oil/ filter changes The two vehicles had the same service orders The added charges are unexplained and the additive costs are different with no explanation of what generated the amounts billed WHAT IS THE MOST BIZZAR IS THAT I CALLED THE SERVICE MANAGER MATT AND HE HAD NO EXPLANATION AND OFFERED NO RECOURSES. I acknowledge that these are small charges, however, it seems that Zeigler has a billing system that inserts small unexplained charges that could be easily overlooked by customers and also small enough to be "just paid with no challenge" . It would be one thing if the additive line charge as inserted was standardized and explainable, however, this smells fishy and seems a rip-off from the Zeigler. I would like an explanation, not necessarily a refund, so that going forward I would have better trust in the service from Zeigler or if I should find another dealership.

I purchased my vehicle Certified Pre Owned from Boucher's old location and purchased an additional extended "Platinum Wrap" warranty. I was told it covered everything. Everything. Bumper to bumper were the exact buzzwords used. I've used the warranty here in the past without issue. The way it works is you schedule service and tell the advisor the reason for service. The dealership then diagnoses your vehicle and submits a warranty claim. You pay a $100 deductible for the visit. I had an appointment this morning at 7:30am. I arrived on time and waited to get in the bay because there was only one overworked employee checking cars in. When the check in was done I was assigned to Elijah, who was very nice. After he verified the reason for my visit he told me I would have to pay $660 for multiple diagnostic fees. I mentioned how I've only had to pay the $100 deductible in the past, and asked why it would be different this time. He said that's "just the way it is" and it was out of his hands. I asked for the service manager to help clarify. This guy Belal was sleazy right from the start and gave slippery used car salesman energy. He slithered over to the desk and started typing, then started making excuses for why there would be charges and it was all lip service. He condescendingly told me maybe I should talk to the sales department. I'm guessing it's got something to do with me actually winning warranty coverage issues in the past and they're no longer making money off of me, so I can pound sand. Just be careful here. This place does not do honest business, at least not any more.

Mark communicated with me throughout the search process as the car I was seeking was in high demand. A vehicle became available and I pulled the trigger. The car was sold without any dealer add-ons. I was kept informed as to when the car would arrive at the dealership. On the date of purchase, Mark and I took the car for a test drive and explained all of the technology in a very understandable manner. The time spent with the F & I associate, Nick Kostadinov, was much more pleasant than expected with no pressure. It was refreshing to hear Mark Anthony as well as Nick Kostadinov boast with pride about working for Kenosha Toyota. If you're looking for a no monkey-business auto purchase transaction, Mark Anthony and Kenosha Toyota will exceed your expectations.

The vehicle was delivered to me without that equipment, and this was never clearly explained to me during the purchase. When I brought the advertisement and photos to the dealership's attention, I was told that the vehicle had been posted before inspection and that the rack was not included with the sale. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled after I raised the concern. I spoke with management and the GM Kevin Michelson, showed them the advertisement, and explained why I felt the listing was misleading. I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously or that there was much effort to find a reasonable resolution. I was essentially given an apology and eventually offered the option of returning the vehicle rather than offering a resolution regarding the equipment shown on the vehicle in the advertisement. I understand that mistakes can happen with online listings. My issue is less about a mistake occurring and more about how a customer concern was handled after the dealership was made aware of it. I have screenshots of the original advertisement and photos and am documenting my experience. I hope the dealership improves how vehicles are advertised and how concerns like this are handled for future customers.
