(2)second time I carried it back and told the office that it was dying on me when I would turn a corner. The mechanic said there was no problem because I just didn't hsve the key inserted properly. (3) third time I carried it back I told them that when I like stopped at a stop sign then start to go forward, it would hesitate then this BIG SURGE forward would happen. It would scare me. The mechanic said "well, the engine light does not come on so maybe you need to use a higher grade of gasoline." So, I go to Polk's and fill up on their most expensive grade the had and spent close to $50 filling up because I was going to Mobile to my sons for the 4th of July. (4th issue) When I got to Mobile, and got out of the car, my grandson was at the door to greet me and he said "NANNY, there 's smoke billowing out from under the hood of your car." It scared the heck out of us both and when I let it cool off, it would not crank. My grandson had to bring me back to Long Beach because I had appointments the next day. Because the car wouldn't start, Chuck Ryan had to go get the car in Mobile and bring it back to Long Beach. I didn't hear from them yesterday after they got the car and so far today (June 7th) I haven't heard from them as to what they are going to do about the car By the way, I told them I didn't want the car and could I have a refund. I paid $2000 down and made one $450 payment. One of the managers named Kelly said they didn't give refunds, but they own the company, so I would think they could if they wanted to. I'm waiting for them to make a decision and call me back

I brought my truck in because the radio kept cutting out. Nissan diagnosed it as a faulty unit that…read moreneeded to be replaced, but said my extended warranty company needed to send an adjuster to verify the issue first. When the adjuster arrived, Nissan claimed they couldn't duplicate the problem. So I take the truck home -- and surprise -- it immediately does it again on the drive back. I call and they tell me to bring it back in and they won't charge another diagnostic fee. I also explained exactly how to duplicate the issue so they'd be ready when the adjuster came again. I check in the next day and they tell me they were able to duplicate the problem, and they're just waiting to show the adjuster. But when the adjuster actually shows up the following day, suddenly the issue "can't be duplicated" again -- and now the service rep tells me it's probably just my phone. Well, it's not. It does the same thing with my wife's phone too -- and again, they previously told me they saw the issue themselves. Total waste of time and zero accountability. I'll gladly drive farther to another Nissan dealership before I bring my vehicle back to this one. Absolutely unacceptable service.

The staff at this dealership were incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. It is disappointing…read moreand honestly embarrassing on their part. The environment suggested that diversity, equity, and inclusion are not valued here. The staff was entirely white and seemed to lack both customer service skills and basic automotive knowledge. Two days ago, I had a tire blowout on the highway and urgently needed a replacement. I would have been fine waiting if a tire had to be ordered, but instead, the staff lied to me. The only helpful person I encountered was the receptionist at the front desk. She kindly explained where to go and how to pull up so my vehicle could be let into the service bay. I followed her directions, but when I arrived, the bay doors did not open and no one acknowledged me. I ended up walking into the bay, unsure if I was even allowed in there. There was a customer speaking with three or four employees, but they were not working on anything. They were just standing around chatting. Once the customer left, the employees scattered in different directions without saying a word to me. I remained there, clearly visible, but continued to be ignored. I tried to get one man's attention, and he deliberately walked away from me without responding. Eventually, I walked deeper into the building and found a glass-walled room with several employees inside. I told them I had been waiting in my car and then inside the bay without anyone acknowledging me. One of the women in the room acted as if I was the problem for bringing it up. I explained what tire trim I needed, but they focused on the brand instead. They did not have that brand in stock, and I was told it could be ordered. I was led to believe that the exact brand was required, but I later learned from a trusted source that only the trim matters. They then sent me to the parts department to "see what could be done," but it was just a waste of time. I was told to try a Discount Tire on Pass Road. That location does not exist. I only knew what Discount Tire was because of its popularity in California, so I immediately realized the recommendation was false. It felt deliberately misleading and unprofessional. Throughout the visit, the staff made repeated assumptions that I did not own my vehicle or that it was used. I drive a 2024 VW Atlas. Their assumptions were completely baseless and offensive. This entire experience was disgraceful. If you expect to be treated with basic respect and honesty, avoid this dealership.

The water pump was the problem it was replaced on my BMW X3 and also the thermostat and just two months after it running hot again and I go and call her the owner who's the b**** would not work on my car anymore. I'm going to tell everybody I know do not do business here because they don't guarantee their work they got mechanics there that will screw you over and repair things that don't need to be repaired just so they can make the money. There are parts they charge you four times the amount that the parts cost them and the labor is through the roof.
