Could not even sit, or get up from her table with out being in very bad pain. and after about 5 to 6 visit..I am doing my workouts again! had to Star slow, doing 10 mins of kickboxing, and 7 to 10mins of Pilates, When I use to do 20mins of each, and the treadmill. Thought I was going to have to give it up! Was going to take shots for the pain, but tried her 1st, to see if I could avoid the shots, and I have. Everyone is so nice there too. Before I would get almost daily headaches and now I've never felt better thanks to Debbie and her magic touch. Their hours are very convenient too.
